No, it was absolutely awful. They had no proof or even a credible way to confuse the issue. There wasn't a hint of lying or even "well he explained things in a poor way"

The case he was trying to talk about, based on what people helping me search MCRO found, is this case: 34-18-14
View attachment 6526508

In this case Nick challenges everything like he did recently. He makes a Franks claim that the cops lied. The judge torches that argument
View attachment 6526708

He did beat the drug charge based on a lack of probable cause
I think Nick must have seriously fried his brain. The 2018 filing is actually pretty logical and coherent.

The police omitted the fact they used a confidential informant (CI), and instead said "concerned citizen" which does intentionally misrepresent the relation. They also fudged the dates of the trash pull, likely so it didn't line up with the CI's presence at the residence. Finally, the chain-of-custody was broken casting further shade.

He opens and closes with "probable cause" issues and only mentions Franks in passing. The judge then cites the probable cause problems when granting the motion. Nice and straightforward compared to the crazy watermark and guns rambling with a myopic focus on his Franks challenge.

You try writing a coherent legal argument while your monkey brain desperately craves being sucked off by the 16yo-looking-pornstar-standin (aka Ape) and snorting cocaine off her flat ass.

It is hard being a not-junky who visits not-rehab, especially when the parents are looking over your shoulder 24/7.

As I pointed out when the order dropped a few weeks ago, the Barneswalker did worse than Rekieta did because at least Rekieta was able to request a dismissal on general probable cause grounds and request a Franks hearing on shaky "He said they were a concerned citizen but they're not a concerned citizen!" grounds at the same time.
Another possibility is that Nick wrote (or had considerably input) in the motion in his criminal case, but that he had fried his brain between 2018 and 2024 (as @JustTheFaxcts said above).

Even if this whole cockamamie thing about the cop lying about the video was all White, you would think that Nick would have insisted on on a better, more expensive motion that raised additional issues. Given his past experience, he knew Franks hearings are a bitch to get. He put all his eggs in the "Cog watermark basket."

Somebody picked up on it as a result of the notice. It's not clear when exactly it changed. From examining Kayla's case, it's clear that the city changing could have been noticed before hand, but nobody would be looking for that without some sort of heads-up. My only point is there is no reason to believe Nick has secretly moved while pretending not to have moved, and a lot of reason to believe that he has not.
Right. As I understand it, you believe the C/O thing is because Bob is tard wrangling him, and not because he's actually living with Bob.

I take that one step further and ascribe him not streaming to Bob tard-wrangling him as well.

At the end of the day, none of this probably matters much. I now think we're headed towards a certain result here, and that is him pleading out. The shit he said on Melton's chat has caused me to change my mind on him fighting till the biter end. We may very well be approaching endgame here. It might even be this year give the settlement conference is set for late next month.

Don't listen to this guy Nick. You're a fighter. If you lose the case you can just appeal it. If you lose the appeal you can appeal that. Take this all the way to the Supreme Court if you have to and show those incel prudes that you are innocent. Now, have a drink and stream and don't worry about any new matters of public record.

I can’t wait for his cope about how a plea deal is actually another win for the Nose.

Also, Megan Fox.

It's ridiculous that a "journalist" that makes her bones over human misery would cry about the Farms being mean to Nick Rekieta. Or anybody, for that matter.

That's pretty typical for her ilk though. You could cite Taylor Lorenz, and countless others.
She's got another persecution complex going on now regarding "haters". I hadn't even seen it mentioned until she Streisand-ed it in this community post. I won't shit up the thread but here it is:

I think the origins of this are a bunch of detractors from the What The Hales drama.

The problem here is the "concerned citizens" are not Confidential Informants. They are Mandatory Reporters. That is a whole different animal before the courts.

I have actually slightly defended this, but on the conditional that if he weren't going to do the obviously correct thing of taking a plea deal, where he could probably get a deferred adjudication of some sort if the prosecution weren't in a really hard-charging mood, he had no argument whatsoever against the search warrant affidavit not establishing probable cause.

I've read vastly inferior search warrant affidavits that have passed muster than the one in Nick's case.

Thus, he would have to go beyond "the four corners of the document," (such a silly phrase) and that's Franks. That's the only way he would even get to challenge a facially bulletproof warrant.

I'd definitely agree it was a Hail Mary at best, but given the alternatives, and ruling out just immediately seeking a favorable plea deal or at LEAST finding out what the plea deal was, and challenging probable cause on the face of the document, or trying this Franks bullshit, the last was probably the best play.

The execution of this already bad idea (where pleading out was the prudent choice) was abysmal, and the decision (or was it even a decision) to abandon a probable cause argument was arguably malpractice, but looking at things in the most charitable light, i.e. with regard to Frank White, if Nick basically demanded he pursue the defense this way, making this desperate argument was all he could do.

I'm not going to defend how badly he did it because holy shit it's bad.

You really think Ape looks like a 16 year old? Bitch looks like she's went through miles of dick and tons of meth at the truck stops where she's a lot lizard.
@Potentially Criminal if you are gay-opping, that's gay. You know the story of Darth Balldo the Degenerate.
Pretty sure just talking to someone isn't gay-opping.

But yeah, getting into dabbleverse stuff would be a bad idea. Look how it's working for Nick.

That said, just talking to Aaron being gay-opping? What are we, the people you're allowed to talk to police?

I mean except for Nick. Nick isn't allowed to stream. But these are exceptional orders from the Kiwi Kontrol Kouncil.

"I HAD to, because the government. I am innocent, but they're corrupt!"

He'll be doing that at some point, for sure, but he'll wanna hold off on that for a least a while. Until his plea is accepted and formalized.

Yeah, that's TUG-tier. She even mentions him. TUG uses his kid as a shield/prop all the time as well.

BTW, I just checked TUG's channel and it's all about some drama he and Megan go over concernimg some Youtubers named The Hales (forgive my ignorance, but I just can't be arsed to care).

Curiously, the very last Rekieta video is this one, and it's pretty old now:

Weeeeeeeird. I wonder what happened to cause TUG and Megan to completely drop Rekieta coverage? TUG seemed all over it. Was there nothing after Nick filed his last motion? Did the judge not issue a ruling? If he did, I wonder how that went. Oh well, I guess it's nothing Earth-shattering because real non-bias journalists TUG and Meghan Fox haven't reported on it.

I wonder if Monty's been approached with a settlement offer yet?

"What about if I plug your movie on my livestream? We'd be putting Little Kiddy and the Umbrella Guy in front of the eyes of millions of bona-fide kiddy fiddlers and child molesters. You'll be selling copies hand over fist -- not to mention the kind of contacts you'll make from among my subscribers. Have you met my good friend, still_life?"

"Hello? Monty? Are you still there..."

Again, what's being proposed didn't happen.
Nick tries to make it seem like he’s just peachy. Kids back, all’s well, when it’s extremely unlikely for a child welfare case to be open & shut so quickly. Nick’s pushing hard to qover his ass when mentioning his kids in any way, shape, or form be it the cope about them being back, his personal favorite of being so busy driving them everywhere, or chatting with Paedo Melton’s audience about how it’s just been a “simple bad Summer” in the children’s lives & couldn’t possibly affect them long term.

When tragedy strikes & the stricken are unsympathetic, it’s even easier to focus concern on the kids. If the grandparents are sick to death of Balldo & company’s bullshit, concern for the children is reinforced. Even if the opposite is true, concern for those kids is already a top priority. The only one seemingly not most concerned about the children is Nick. I went through some clips Peace Through Power posted that shed some light on this:
Some clips from the stream

Kids are coming back (Nick never lies obviously)
View attachment 6268851

State of his case and the thing that people are asking him to release is under protective order (Nick never lies obviously)
View attachment 6268858
These clips are from Nicks August 2nd or 3rd stream, where he first claims that the kids were back (barring any future bs word games like claiming he never actually said “with him.”) It’s striking in the 2nd clip, starting at timestamp 2:57, Nick says he’s “the one on the line.” No thought to anyone else affected, not his children, just him. Main character syndrome mofo.

Maybe because the CHIPS case records were sealed soon after Nicks “kids are back” claim, it went the route of outta sight, outta mind. Focus also moved to the criminal trial as the Day of the Omnibussin’ was fast approaching. It’s a good idea to keep all of the different lawsuits on the back burner, whether new info is being released or not, in order to look at the entire picture in the most objective manner possible. It’s ridiculous that he has so many lawsuits going at once.

The clips quoted above were also a goldmine where this GIF came from:

I believe Bob paying his taxes supports this idea of increased involvement in Nick's life.

Like you, however, I doubt it would extend to micro-managing his life to the point of updating his bar licence. Bob is probably in a reactionary role and just as cross at having to do it as anyone else. He is not looking for anything beyond the obvious. I would put money that Nick fucked something up (if only the legal strategy if not them taking ovwr the bill) that forced Bob to screen the correspondence with the lawyer.

Of course talking is not 'opping' in and of itself. It seems the 'If' conditional qualifier is not doing enough lifting in my post.

To be totally frank, I am a lot more critical and cautious of Sean than many other seem to be. This thread isn't about me, so I won't belabour it with recounting of reasons, beyond saying I see an inherent conflict of interest he has as a streamer and a-log/spectator.

I might just be the auriga whispering 'memento balldo' or a the wet blanket. Feel free to disagree or not.

He's gonna say "I'm being targeted by the lying, crooked Kandiyohi County courts. The deep state correctly thought my coverage of celebrity trials was a danger to their power over this country, and they are now forcing me to settle, and despite being totally and provably innocent, this is my only option. Supporting me is the only way to defeat the deep state."
