We could get something out of Sammie about it. It'll probably just be a victory lap with no details or an unfounded rumor or 2, but it might be fun.
Word travels very fast in these circles. Unemployed. Fuck all to do all day. Any juicy tidbit gets everyone rumbling. Shit like someone getting arrested might be their whole week. And no one is replying 7 hours later "sorry I didn't see the message. I was at work". The downside is it works like a game of Telephone. By the time it reaches the third person, the information has been altered in some way.
Actual info: Kim was arrested for child neglect and felony gross in the 2nd degree.
Through the filter: Kim killed 2 gross, neglected kids when she was supposed to be studying for her second degree. (Obviously no one would ever say this about Kim. At least from the word she)

Does Arkansas have Zoom family court still? I could see this one being picked up by one of the YouTubers who stream them, it’s bound to be full of gross and salacious content, and quite possibly Kim/Dalton spergouts

If they did get taken to foster care the judge will probably require a lot of things before they can have custody again hopefully. I cant see these 2 dimwits doing what is required. I really hope thats the case at least.

Does he (or his current girlfriend) have other kids and, if so, does he have custody? He’s been such a non-entity in Aidean’s life for so long I’d almost forgotten he existed.

So, I think I've figured a couple of things out:
Arkansas has both "No Contact Orders" (NCO) and "Orders Of Protection" (OP). Strangely, both types of Orders only go in one direction, meaning the victim/petitioner can still contact the restrained partybut the restrained party has to actively avoid any contact, even if that contact was initiated by the victim.
A NCO can only be issued as a result of/in conjunction with criminal charges, ie terroristic threatening or battery on a family/domestic member. It sounds like these are automatically applied by LEO/courts and can be requested to be dropped by the victim by just a letter to the judge, as JJ's mom did for him. They are the lesser of the 2 orders. Violation of a NCO is a Class A misdemeanor, Arkansas statute code 16-85-714. This could also be a violation of bond/probation/parole requirements.
An OP is a sworn document filed by a person who believes themselves to be in immediate and present danger of serious injury or death by another person. There is a statutory process that involves bringing your petition before a circuit judge for temporary orders and then a final hearing on an order that can be made "permanent" for 10 years. Violation of an OP could be also a Class A misdemeanor or a Class D felony, depending on the circumstances. Either way, the statute code for that is 5-53-134.
OP cases are listed separately on the search results page of the Arkansas Courts website. Doing a search for Gladys Britt is a great example of this! Of the 50 cases that come up for THIS BITCH, ten of them are OP cases, either filed by her or filed by someone else against her, going all the way back to 1995. Unfortunately it is a crapshoot as to whether or not they scan the docs to the file. It may be that they don't scan the docs until the case closes but I hope not.
Anyhoo, Dalton was charged with Violation of Domestic Order of Protection, code 5-53-134. The only OP that comes up for Dalton is the Hubert filing so one could reasonably deduce that Dalton violated it almost immediately. Since the court expects him to plead not guilty according to the docket notes, I'm presuming he and Kim are going to say that they weren't served the order in time to prevent the contact but I don't know if that will fly. The temporary OP was filed and granted on 10/7 and it says he violated it on 10/9.
2 things to note about this whole situation:
1) Kim was not charged with violation of a protective order. She was picked up for her many FTA charges and the probation revocation on a 2020 terroristic threatening charge that was plead down from a felony to a Class A misdemeanor. This is actually the SECOND revocation for this one case which may be why she is still in jail with no bond. I hope they bump it back up to a felony.
In the docket notes for the 7/26/24 driving on a suspended/no liability insurance/FTA, it says that she is expected to plead not guilty to the FTA and she is to bring proof of medical reason to the courts. That's going to go over well, seeing as she used the last name Jennings for all of her hospitalizations. The court will hopefully see that for what it is - she obfuscated her identification information in an effort to avoid any warrant/DCF checks that the hospital might run.
2) They are both, as of this writing, still in Pulaski County lockup, thankfully. It appears that they were both arrested in Sherwood, which is where I mentioned a few days ago that they might be living, with Gloria Bradley, grandmother to Ryan Lee Napier. Hubert lives in Jacksonville which has its own court separate from Sherwood but it's all Pulaski County.

Either way, Gloria Bradley is literally missing a leg, has a special needs adult son, and Alyshia and Ryan both have SIGNIFICANT DCF history so I suspect that Aidean and Zoboomafoo are in foster care, hopefully together. I can't imagine that the police would have left those kids in that house. I know, I know...

I dont think so but i have not checked into him in a long while, last time I checked he was with a lady with kids i think (not his kids). Kim on occasion on tiktok would talk about him as if jj tried to be involved with aiden but i highly doubt he does. I dont even know what his account name would be these Neanderthals use 100 accounts and names.

Considering he had the chutzpah to file OPs on both of them, I highly doubt he would go through all that to turn around and put money on their books. Especially not Dalton's. Kim was saying a few months ago that her dad didn't want her with Dalton so I think Hubert's fed the fuck up.
I hope they're both dope sick and miserable, especially Kim and her rotten crotch.
