Yeah, even if they are real, the police aren't going to do shit about Chris talking to an underaged girl online over a decade ago. As far as we know, he didn't have plans to meet up with her and didn't exchange anything sexual. Well, maybe he did talk sexual with her but we have no evidence of it and can't prove that he did. Calling her "sexy" and "beautiful" is certainly suspicious but that by itself isn't going to get him arrested.
