The "Per Capita" concept is like the nigger exclusive version of the "how would you feel if did not have breakfast this morning"?, question.

Some people say the breakfast question was just a meme started and doesn't correlate to intelligence. For all not familiar the question was promoted to strongly suggests low IQ people around 80 or lower I suppose, cannot process a conditional hypothetical and get stuck in a loop unable to answer the question without rephrasing it or repeating it multiple times. It goes something like this:

Questioner: "how would you feel if did not have breakfast this morning"?
Subject: "I had breakfast this morning"
Questioner: "yes but, how would you feel if did not have that breakfast this morning"?
Subject: "I just told you I had breakfast"
Questioner: "I understand that but, let's say for some reason or another you did not get a chance to eat that breakfast, how would that make you feel"?
Subject: "but, I had breakfast, it was eggs and toast"

Obviously there is some truth to intelligence and not being able to perceive a conditional hypothetical. I spent 5 minutes searching for an actual clinical study on this and gave up because I'm a lazy faggot if anyone has a link please post it. I had a conversation with some random nigger I knew I would never meet again in my life, not hostile I guess he was kind of rude and I had some time to kill. I worked the phase "per capita" into the conversation twice before he asked me what I meant. I tried to to verbally explain it using something like there's a room with 100 guys, 10 are wearing baseball caps, 90 are not. 8 of the baseball cap guys love coca cola, 2 hate it. 45 of the guys without baseball caps love coca-cola the other 45 hate it. I explained the concept of saying "more people without baseball caps prefer coca-cola" is false as only %50 of them enjoy it, there are more people in that room without baseball caps drinking cola but 80% of the baseball cap guys are drinking cola; if we added another 80 guys in baseball caps making the caps/non caps people equal in number we would have more people drinking cola with caps than not wearing hats, as 64 is greater than 45. This went on for 5-10 minutes including taking out a pen and paper to give a visual representation and show the math on my cell calculator. He claimed he got it, I strongly got the feeling he either lost interest in learning what the concept of what per capita meant or just pretended to understand to end the conversation.

Back on topic... Niggers struggle with the conditional hypothetical both future and present. IE a minor road rage incident that turns into aggravated assault charges. A planned robbery that does not go as planned ends in a life sentence in prison. A good portion of them cannot picture the outcome they cannot want to achieve. I'd be a lying son of bitch if I said I never acted out in anger and regretted my actions, the nigger mind struggles with the concept of a premeditated emotionless violent crime risk/reward scenario. The internal monologue is "I'm going to go in this local business I often frequent, cover my face, draw my pistol in threatening manner, make verbal threats demand all cash in the register, I'll $500 in 5 minutes. What could go wrong"? Things like what if someone recognizes me, my car, my voice; maybe there's cop just randomly in there or a plain clothes cop or the clerk has a firearm under the counter, they don't tend to come up in this premeditated crime scenario often having half a dozen prior similar felony convictions.

This has already been posted at least twice now, it's simply such an amazing example. Nigger orders food, couldn't be more than $20 worth; he's obviously aware he has some kind of warrant(s) as hes hesitant to provide his name to officers for a non-arrest trespass citation. Pulls the old "I demand free food" typical nigger shenanigans and then decides his civil dispute over this $20 transaction is worth not only calling LE himself but, waiting around for them to show up. Did I mention this was premeditated action over $20 and he had a warrant for his arrest?

Tiambra Walker, 22, was arrested in Peoria, Ill. on charges including assaulting an officer, escape, theft and resisting, MPD said.

The Peoria Police Department told WMTV’s sister station WEEK that a Peoria woman reported her purse stolen around 12:50 p.m. Saturday.

Police eventually found the suspect in a vehicle with three people inside, one of whom was Walker, police said. Walker allegedly tried to run from officers but was caught and brought to Peoria County Jail, where she is currently.

Peoria officials say Walker will be extradited to Wisconsin due to the more severe nature of her charges in Wisconsin.

You may want to take it with a grain of salt for that reason. I don't think the author would have self-doxed, assuming the claims are true, and I can't seem to find any research papers matching the claims which would have resulted in a possible self-dox. For context I'm very accustomed to pirating academic literature and searching through Google Scholar, ResearchGate, PubMed etc., even learning how to do BLAST queries whose functionality is also hosted by the NIH that hosts PubMed. Point being I am very adept at doing these kinds of searches. If there were a paper or papers out on these claims I would have found it, and there is/are none. Having said that and seen the sort of nigglety behavior we've all seen, it wouldn't surprise me if anon's claims are true.

Yeah, that was pretty much where I hit the wall, I could find no clinical studies or true scientific method results. I love to have a good laugh at someone who can't process something so simple, as I said the conclusion I came to was my own based on anecdotal and not actual research. I feel it's important to make clear it's not a scientific study peer reviewed claim. It compromises the true facts that are more horrifying/surprising and objectively true.
