No, it's not- not in the way she wants. She wants to be seen as an expert: a former military woman whose fearless intelligence and cybersecurity skills make Chuds quake in their mothers' basements. This requires an IQ over 70, which she lacks. The expertise she wants to be seen as having requires constant research of the latest threats and their counters; this is work she's not willing to put in, as it takes away from her Xitter time.
I wouldn't trust her to Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V anything, let alone trust her with my computer's security system.

Yeah, I was wondering if anyone had pointed that out to Jackie. Like, you go to college and they give you a degree and that's it. They don't come and take it back from you. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she meant his accreditation lapsed or something, but she doesn't seem to actually understand a lot of the stuff she says.
If it weren't for all of the legal documents people have dug up on her, I would genuinely believe that Jackie is actually one of Pat's alter egos. It's hard to comprehend that two people so uniquely stupid could exist independently of each other.
There's some movie critic that coined the term "shitty miracle." He uses it to describe movies that are so awful that it's actually miraculous that they exist, because it defies logic that there is nothing good about the movie whatsoever.
