Because I am a sad pedant who is late and gay: Surgeons and hospitals advertise these services because they are increasing their revenue streams by offering surgery (their core business) to more people, albeit people with serious mental illness. However Big Pharma couldn’t care less. The lifelong drugs are hormones, so you might think they are following the surgeons’ model by selling them to more people. They key difference is that they are not patented.
Big Pharma makes its serious bank from drugs with the following characteristics:
- covered by a patent
- treats a lifestyle problem suffered by a large proportion of the western world who can afford it
- er
- that’s it.
If they’re doing anything in that space it would be looking for something better than HRT for post-menopausal women. That would be something they could sell to 50% of the population, it would not be one-off but for decades, and under patent. If any of that is used for troons, great, but trans medicine is too niche and unprofitable for Big Pharma to devote any serious cash to it.

Just what the title says: I had PIV with tunic graft vaginoplasty with Dr. Avanessian 1.5 years ago. There have been moments where I did orgasm, and clear fluid came out after, but this was the first time I’ve experienced some “wetness” DURING an arousal I was having earlier this week.

Yup, all this is true. One extra thing though is what’s called ‘evergreening’ which is how they try to extend patent life. A patent filed after 1995 is good for 20 years. Note that’s 20 years from filing, not from approval of the drug but the FDA. So if it takes you 10 years to develop it and get it to market the clock is ticking. Evergreening is when pharma companies do things like reformulating the drug, putting it in combination with another one, switching to extended release etc. it’s just enough of a change to get a new patent and just similar enough to not need the full trial series (still has to pass equivalence trials.)
I can’t be arsed to look up what’s in parent and not but one way they’d maintain parent would be a reformulation and say, going from a depot injection of a blocker to an implant.
Having said all that, I don’t think the primary driver of troonism is money. I think the money aids it by greasing the gears of the machine, but the actual ideology is coming from the top down

Just an example, rib cartilage is now widespread in rhinoplasties because it gives a wider range of outcomes (including the Barbie nose trend). Used to be they used the native septal cartilage and ear but they found out rib is plentiful, durable and provides more control for the desired nose shape. As a result Asian and middle eastern doctors are currently ahead of most US surgeons.
The overuse of filler is getting talked about more and people electing to dissolve. Its still a big issue but awareness and new techniques are being discovered. People are getting subtle changes to there appearance using Botox in places way beyond the face such as their trapezius muscles and calves.
The SRS outcomes look even worse than they did 3-4 years ago for all surgeries. Ive seen Tentacle Dick and Dr. Cetrulo's failed Unit 731 experiments, but I can't remember any significant progress for technique or technology. All the studies that are coming out discuss the myriad of complications, declining post-op mental health and harm to the patient.

Sorry, long: I dont think there’s a single cabal of moustache twirling illuminati with a single agenda. I DO think there are numerous unelected and unaccountable bodies and individuals who have agendas that conflict with the good of humanity though.
There is a significant push to do stuff that all comes down to:
- increase sexual access to children
-decrease boundaries around sexual access and behaviour and allow the coom any place any time
-increase control over the average pleb by reducing their ability to say no to things without having their lives ruined.
Troonism combines all three of these streams.
1. The idea of ‘willing minors’ you see with things like gillick competence and Scott weiner’s pro pedo legislation creates this wedge to put the idea of kids, well yeah they can consent right? They can consent to gender surgery so they can consent to other stuff.
2. Kink, troonism etc - all this was stuff that thirty years back would see you branded as an outcast. People wouldn’t associate with you, you’d lose your job. Now credit suisse have some pervert traipsing around in hooker fetish gear and anyone who objects gets fired. The boundaries to these perverts getting their rocks off were social disapproval and the law and both have been altered.
3. If a girl feels uncomfortable with a man with an erection in her locker room now SHE is the problem, not the pervert. It’s rewritten the rules to the point that you’ll get fired and impersonated for objecting to things that less than a generation ago would have seen the perpetrators locked up, beaten to a pulp or cast out of society. This change has been immense.
There’s a lot of powerful interests that align with this. Pharma makes money. Government just LOVES being able to restrict speech and action so they cheer it on. So a lot of it is that they’re useful attack dogs for other Bad Stuff, but a lot is down to powerful rich men wriggling their perverted way into positions of influence and dismantling the rules that stopped them doing whatever they want to whomever they wanted,
There’s also the weird trans humanism stuff, I don’t really feel qualified to talk about that but it’s there.
The money is just to grease palms and reduce resistance among the facilitator class. Most surgeons can be bribed with money, and the rest, well we can put the boot down on them with these new hate speech laws and standards of care. Call them bigots and ruin them.
