Note that Frank demands the owner to "relinquish" it (i.e. forfeit it to them) or they'll sue. If Frank had any sort of negotiation skill/tact, he would make some lowball offer to buy them off (not even the $20 or so it takes to register a domain name) before even mentioning any sort of legal battle or throwing the word "harassment" around.

They'll find it. It's also a good tactic to refrain from throwing dirt too early. If you throw all the dirt out there straight up, it's old news and people tend to go "meh" by the time it actually matters. Good tacticians tend to wait until the other side has used all of their weapons before even responding - and then respond with relentless and overwhelming force.
