Likely answer is he photoshopped his moobs on that one photo and just didn't keep it consistent, all the rest seem pretty flat. Theoretically going off of estrogen for the surgery would mildly shrink them, but he must have long been back on by 14 weeks.

It was last inspected in Dec 2021, where it was rated inadequate.
But, the website is still up and you're still able to reach out for consultations. The last update on their Instagram is from 53 weeks ago. I thought it would be worth archiving the photos here, just in case we lose the website.

I think girth affects it, but only in the sense that as the muscle atrophies (MLD) I'm losing firmness and girth simultaneously. I think currently I could probably do vaginal penetration if I had the same firmness but less girth.

For context, my stage one was only phallus creation and I had my vaginectomy with my hysto

I felt like my arousal was more male even prior to phallo because of getting erections in my tdick. Arousal does feel a bit different physically since getting a vaginectomy though. It feels less visceral, if that makes sense? I'm still pretty early post-op, but feeling arousal centered in my penis is something that is coming naturally to me. Even though I don't have sensation in my penis yet, recognizing it as my genitalia and as a sexual organ has been very easy. It's odd to me to think about how I have a whole different set of genitalia under my penis because I don't really think of that part now. It's sort of taken a backseat.

I have found adjusting to my penis to be very easy. Mentally, at least. I'm still getting used to the weight of it while I'm standing/walking and especially while crouching. I recommend the OHSU nerve rehab guide, I've found it quite useful in developing my mind-body connection. In addition to the OHSU exercises, something I did prior to surgery was looking at the area where my graft would be taken from (I had to do this in a mirror because I got MLD) and thinking to myself "this is the skin that will be my penis." I think that helped a lot with having a good connection even very early post-op.

The FtM top surgeries are kind of heart breaking. Some of those women have large floppy breasts which would restrict her daily activities so i get wanting to reduce them, and I'm sure the few with uneven breasts felt incredibly insecure about them, but to take everything off is insane. Most of those women had nothing wrong with their bodies, they were perfectly functional with the body their mother gave them. Now they have scarring, weird dog tags, nipples so far apart they look like they're not on speaking terms, and no chance to ever breastfeed their own offspring.

The MtF genital surgeries provide some light relief. Absolutely none of them look natural.

The fourth person on the facial feminisiation - I recognise him. He's a known troon and all around creep, but the name is escaping me right now. Who is he?
