I agree that would be the likely reality, but for the sake of argument -would/could casper pd issue a citation or arrest for revenge porn? Or would it be virginia beach jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is (usually) where the crime takes place. Nal presumably uploaded the revenge porn in Virginia, so that's the venue of jurisdiction. But they arent going to do anything without some hard evidence. If Nal admitted anything to anyone, that can be used as evidence against her. Classic defense for cyber crimes is "someone else was using my physical computer" and "I was hacked." Because of Nal's status as a public figure, the computer hacking defense might work out in her favor.

And that's IF they have evidence/cause to actually arrest her, which I highly doubt. There are many reasons why so few of these types of cases are prosecuted in criminal court. But on the other hand, Nal is sloppy enough to make self incriminating statements all the time, so who knows......

What he says in the video is not true because he told her something else in person. The thought that he did that so she would not spiral into a psychotic sperg is beyond her.
Ah, the good ole' "We are still together because he didn't break up with me face to face" argument.
I'm sure she's just very confused and needs communication. Everybody knows Geminis are all about communication! She just needs to stop by the clocktower dream trailer and I'm sure she'll have a very rational, very mature conversation like the responsible adult she is.

Idk there is literally documented evidence of her trying to sell it to people. What is there for her to admit? We have her in DMs telling people about the videos and then her sending them said videos. There is no "I didn't send them" argument to be made. I feel like most people take steps to mask their identity online in general let alone if they are going to commit a crime, nal did it all through her very real profile and a IP address that proves it was her.

It is assumed that she sold these via Instagram direct messages. What is highly against her case is her advertising these images on facebook and asking money for them.

If such evidence exists, it would be considered a tacit admission.

But it doesn't matter if the DA doesn't have the evidence. And if they do have it, they can still decide not to prosecute for any number of reasons. And her lawyer could still dispute admission or veracity. And even if charges were filed, they can always be dropped.

The law is complicated. If these case were easy cut and dry, they wouldn't be so rare. The burden of proof in criminal cases is considerable and counties have more important cases to spend limited tax payer funds on than internet dick pics.

She doesn't have a lawyer and I doubt anyone is going to fund her one. Clint on the other hand is wealthy and has generational wealth. I don't expect her to be criminally charged but I wouldn't be surprised if clint sues her into the dirt in civil court. There is no burden of proof, she was publicly advertising the pictures and asking for money for the videos before she released the videos, you are speaking as if these things are "alleged" just because you use that word doesn't mean any of this stuff is subjective or open to interpretation Jessica Boyle is objectively the one who released those videos. A tacit admission would be her alluding to maybe releasing the videos if she received compensation what she did is blatant so not even close to the same

Would the one line, her saying we'd pay $5k to see her fuck Cobes count? It's before she met him, but...
Nah, the only reason I think she could possibly get in trouble is because she was very blatantly and publicly asking for money for the videos from her regular fb with her real name and info and then released the videos to multiple people through that same account. Like it's all verifiable easily it isn't some question of whether or not she did it it's just like alot of others have said is a DA really going to pursue charges against her for it? As much as I wanna say yes I doubt it. I think she would easily lose a civil case just because it's all laid out in the open by her using her real profile and a timeline of her actions getting more and more extreme in the buildup to her releasing the videos. It isn't like nal is some regular internet persona and this is some big scandal, she is known for being a pure piece of garbage and this aligns perfectly with her past actions.

Would Josh need to be the complainant? Or could anyone report the crime like if they witnessed a burglary or w/e

Ralph tried to argue he was hacked and he still got fucked in court because it's just a beyond idiotic excuse. Somebody has access to all of your private data and they just leaked a single video and logged off? Okay, buddy.

NAL has left reams of stinky paper trails that this was her doing. The boy won't pursue this to its logical conclusion, but I hope that Clint will pursue justice for our little boglim.

In a criminal case, it's the State vs the plaintiff. In a civil case, it's petitioner/complainant vs the respondent. Yes, Josh is the victim, so he would be the petitioner. He would also have to be compliant and answer discovery/court requests/demands or the case would be dismissed. There are sooooooo many reasons why a civil suit would never happen; Josh being noncompliant and a very unsympathetic victim is one. Nal having zero assets would be another.

ETA: A third party wouldn't have actionable damages from Nal's actions towards Josh. Though I do think we all deserve therapy for having witnessed this unholy union.

Jessica isn’t an entertaining BPD ragecow in the way that Cyraxx or Foodie is, on top of being irredeemably terrible & doing shit like revenge porn & targeting people’s children over petty internet drama, the bitch is just plain boring. She has absolute zero charisma along with a constantly flapping mouth & a hair trigger temper. Her delusional oscillations between loving & hating Josh are the only times she’s even remotely funny to watch.

I genuinely hope Clint or at least Courtney took the reins & handled the paperwork to help Cobes press charges on her. It would be cathartic to see her face some consequences for the fucked shit she’s done (like putting someone’s minor child in an ad for sex on Craigslist, I can’t believe she got away with that), and the potential content we would get from her if she actually did have to deal with courts & fines for this would be gold.

She is live on Facebook right now after watching his recent video where he trashes her. She claims he is emotionally conflicted and actually really wants her and thinks about her all the time. What he says in the video is not true because he told her something else in person. The thought that he did that so she would not spiral into a psychotic sperg is beyond her.
im surprised he was able to get a word out at all given how she absolutely refuses to shut up. that being said NAL will always hear what she wants in the end. no matter what josh said or did not say none of it matters to her because shes just going to replace it with what fits her current mood.

josh could look her dead in the eyes and tell her he hates her and never wants to see her again ever and that they are broken up and nothing she can do or say will change that and she would just scream at him and pretend he was just in a bad mood that day and totally did not mean it. her grip on reality is almost non existent at this point and only seems to be getting worse.
