The law is so slow that it would not be outlawed by 2025. It isn't out of the realm of possibility that it would be up to state by state to decide whether or not you can troon either. Whatever happens, the most likely outcome wouldn't be outlawing it, but dropping it from government insurance. Which means he can get it but will have no gibs.
That conversation he had with the other Hazbin Hotel fan was awful to read: bluesky is a hugbox and that guy needs to go outside.

I'm about to get a little MATI over him getting Pyrenees - they're large herding dogs, they're smart and energetic. They're not going to do well with Kev's sedentary lifestyle. They're also going to be more expensive in terms of food and accessories than a smaller, less active dog. Normally that's a minor consideration, but this is Captain Beg-for-everything so I'm guessing that before too awful long he's going to post 'Need help for a vet bill' or something similar.

It doesn't come up often, but his hatred of school almost twenty years after he graduated is probably what I think defines him the most. He didn't want to socialize with others, learn new skills, or learn about the world around him, he just wanted to watch cartoons and play with toys all day, which is the exact lifestyle he is living as an adult. It's no wonder he is so obsessed with cartoons and his own sexuality, because he never tried to learn about and become obsessed with something that would motivate him to be productive.
