I didn't even notice the Rick Sanchez, I was looking straight at the little Cyrax golden idol. I vaguely recall seeing it once, but I didn't know it was actually him, having a golden idol of himself on a chain does kinda fit with his gangster rapper persona, but also gives him Chris vibes.

I think she's just wrong about that. From what I understand, 21 is generally the highest age it goes for most places, with Ohio allowing up to 22 if they turn 22 during the year they are attending. Now to be fair, maybe just nobody gave a shit, which is a real possibility, but I think it was 1 of 2 possibilities.
1. Aunt just remembered wrong or was told wrong by Sally because nobody could remember the fuckers age.
2. Sally scammed the state by giving false information about Chance's age.

Both are entirely possible, and both are also a complete waste of time giving a shit about.
