If Russ gets all of his responses in today, I'll spend the evening finally figuring out how to set up a crypto wallet to go True & Honest.

I dare you Russ, make me oil this litigation more than I already have.
Russ, you thought you could get out of this by not opposing one of Hardin's motions, but joke's on you: I was gonna do it anyway. The only reason it took this long was because I'm slightly retarded eToro held my money hostage for 60 days and I forgot my passwords.

Russ thinks the process can be punishment, but sharing the load just makes it pure comedy. Keep going Russ. We can stay retarded longer than you can keep this train rolling.

Hardin should cite Russell's Nevada filing where he says
However, in a good light of news, through the bad, there is good and that is that Plaintiff has been approved housing and he is also starting a job this week
so Russ can't keep using the "Boohoo I'm homeless!" card, especially when it comes time for sanctions!

So either Russ sent Hardin what he was supposed to or Hardin is just going to file his proposed schedule to the court and make note that he didn't receive anything before the 18th
Personally I am setting my expectations that I will see nothing until the day that the documents are actually due before the court. That way I won't be on pins and needles waiting.

Anything that comes sooner is a pleasant surprise.

I'm betting on Greer just submitted to Hardin what he already sent the court and is gonna fold his arms until Hardin comes up with a reasonable schedule since he wants to do zero work in making the case move forward and would rather have the defense prosecute it for him.

If that's the case Hardin should just agree to Greers absurd schedule since no discovery will be able to happen.

I suspect the court would actually (correctly) step in and fix that for the retard, because that IS the kind of "pro se procedural error" that arguably can be fixed in appellate court.

The pro se retard is supposed to lose on his merits not on his stupidity about how to prosecute the case - when the appellate court has already gone batshit.

In the far flung future of 2092, Greer, now in his 90s is asked to submit his evidence of contributory copyright infringement.
His moment finally arriving, he leans over and picks up a stack of paper printed on antique inkjet printers, thousands upon thousands of pages, each one a different image of Hitler.

I'm hoping he sent him another profanity-laced tirade with threats and insults.

I'm waiting for Greer to produce images of Hitler unknown to historians, and nobody will be able to figure out where he got them from.

It is the 42nd Millennium. For forty thousand years the case of Greer v. Moon has sat immobile within the golden docket of Earth. It is an unsolvable case by the will of a retard judge and a convoluted one by the filings of an inexhaustible moron. It is a carrion case, to which a thousand barristers are sacrificed every day so it may never truly die.

In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only litigation.
