He will file everything at the very last minute and his drivel will be enough to limp the case along for another year.Honestly I'd be nearly postal if this was a legal proceeding I was a part of.

I'm with the weird alligator with the old reg date.I'm leaning towards him filing SOMETHING, wether it's an actual response or just begging for even more time because muh plights. He did file promising to respond on time, after all. I don't recall him doing that before ghosting a deadline in the past.
If it's a response, it will be garbage and easily destroyed.
I agree but I think his HDMI cable will be too short so the court will extend his deadline until 2026.He will file everything at the very last minute and his drivel will be enough to limp the case along for another year.
Rule 1 of Russ is that he's stupid.I'm with the weird alligator with the old reg date.
The question up in the air is if some mishap will make it technically late e'en though he tried on time (I'm betting this) - and it will be, of course, not Russ's fault (actually kinda true, because it will be a unforeseen but not unplannable around possibility like the library being closed) and somehow work out to his apparent advantage (but not actually advance the case whatsoever in his favor).
He's going to file pleading for another stay or long extension because he is homeless.I'm leaning towards him filing SOMETHING, wether it's an actual response or just begging for even more time because muh plights. He did file promising to respond on time, after all. I don't recall him doing that before ghosting a deadline in the past.

The fictional legal case in The Trial only lasted 18 years. Our system is quite literally beyond parody.
Fifty seven fucking years but at least there was something of value to fight about.
I’m sure divorce court is peppered with similar vindictive shit never ending cases.
I'll hedge my bets:I bet 18 trillon KiwiDollars that no filing is made at all.
Hardin will file for a motion at least one more time before we hear from Russ, who will say something like "plaintiff didn't understand he wasn't the defendant" or something retarded like thatAlright, I'll be a retard on copium:
Russell fails the deadline, Hardin successfully argues fail to prosecute (or something similar), and the case is over.
It's well known Russ copies whatever he sees real lawyers do. In this case, he learned from DJF that you can get infinite extensions just for asking, whereas before he actually met deadlines.Either nothing will be filed today, or it'll be a last minute request for another extension (it worked for the DJF, so why can't it work for Russ? He's basically a lawyer, after all.)
Before he declared himself a new deadline by pasting two existing ones together and pinky promised he'd have it all done by Feb 7th, then asked for the 90 day stayHe did file promising to respond on time, after all. I don't recall him doing that before ghosting a deadline in the past.
