How can plaintiff possibly be expected to answer ANY motions, let alone all of them?! Either nothing will be filed today, or it'll be a last minute request for another extension (it worked for the DJF, so why can't it work for Russ? He's basically a lawyer, after all.) No one will be more surprised than me if he files an actual argument that furthers the case.

If he doesn't file anything, I don't think there should be a response from Hardin, at least not immediately. He should give it a week or two, and then file the legal equivalent of politely asking, "Hey, wasn't Russell supposed to file something by now?"
