My brand of copium says that ideally, cases like this will encourage people to start having their cases settled out of court.
My copium is that after Russ misses his deadline on September 18th, 2028, the judge orders him to literally be branded as a vexatious litigant and sex pest. He is then given laser hair removal on his head so they can brand him with that like cattle

It will be after the battle of Jim's driveway but before Bossman jack finally wins 500k at the casino and decides to walk away from gambling forever. Thats the official timeline

Making my prediction: Russ does file responses to all the motions, at the last minute. One is longish, a little longer than a usual Greer motion, with all the googled references and plights. The rest are short and peremptory, with references back to the one he spent time on. They'll all be garbage.

How can plaintiff possibly be expected to answer ANY motions, let alone all of them?! Kiwi Farms and Joshua Moon has rendered plaintiff homeless and now plaintiff has to post faux vacations, expensive slurry drinks and expensive self care treatments in gyms just to get through the day. Plaintiff hereby moves to have case decided in plaintiff's favor.

Going to spend my Monday watching and waiting for any updates.

I will genuinely be surprised if Old Dribbles manages to file any sort of order today.

Prediction: I fully anticipate him to file it tomorrow with one of two excuses, he needs even more time, or he didn't know there was a filing due to being homeless.

Honestly I'd be nearly postal if this was a legal proceeding I was a part of.

Given the Stebbins vs zell Zander settlement? Aw hell no. I see now why null won't, and shouldn't.

Fuck that horseshit. Ill <use your imagination fill in the blank mad lib> before I become some lunatics verbal punching bag/digital lackey as enforced by a court.

Either nothing will be filed today, or it'll be a last minute request for another extension (it worked for the DJF, so why can't it work for Russ? He's basically a lawyer, after all.) No one will be more surprised than me if he files an actual argument that furthers the case.

If he doesn't file anything, I don't think there should be a response from Hardin, at least not immediately. He should give it a week or two, and then file the legal equivalent of politely asking, "Hey, wasn't Russell supposed to file something by now?"
