If the gastroenterologist hits enough poop, they cancel the procedure for "inadequate prep." You can shove an endoscope up anyone, and you can irrigate, but if the visibility gets that poor there's no point to the exercise. Can't see to diagnose, can't see to take specimens.

It's like those deep-sea missions where it gets down there, but silt settles on the lens and you can't see the coelacanths.

She made up the IBD/ass cancer arc to e-beg/justify why she needed to take the amtrak to move back to NYC. she said only her doctors up there could deal with it and they were sure she had ass cancer. she was using the right buzzwords (bloody stool and mucus) to get tested for ulcerative colitis, a type of IBD, but went mysteriously silent for a while after she obviously had a normal scope.

I don't even think she had a scope, normal or otherwise. She talks about desperately needing screening in the first week of August, but once she's set up in NYC then it's crickets. Vicky could never have gone through colonoscopy prep without a lengthy twitter thread about it.

I think she had the scope. Remember she reminisced about fawning over a doctor with another pooner? I’m pretty sure that was a fond memory from her colonoscopy.

I’m not well versed on poop doctors and their accessibility. How easy is it to get an endoscopy? I assume you need a referral from a GP to a specialist. Are there stool samples involved here before the point you get a camera shoved up your ass? I know a lot of health care is pay-to-play but I’m curious on how doctors receive Victoria. She’s arrogant and goes in there with a wish list, obviously having read the wiki on whatever she insists is her diagnosis. You can just look at her and tell she’s fucked herself up and has a weird fetish for being sick. There’s definitely a nonzero amount of doctors out there who went home one day and vented to their spouse about the weird pooner chick who smelled bad and lectured them on how to do their jobs when they didn’t affirm her sooper unique illness.

I'm sure it depends on where you are and who you see exactly. But to my knowledge if you see a gastroenterologist and tell them you have the symptoms of ulcerative colitis, they will schedule you for a colonoscopy directly.

Reread. she claimed she couldnt do colonoscopy prep bc her parents wouldnt buy her a hotel room to do it in. then she said she had a year long e-coli infection that was the problem. then she went quiet about it and shifted to full-time ebegging for school/housing. she only mentions "IBD" now when coming up with excuses why she cant go to class.

and yes, if you use the magic words (blood and mucus) theyll scope you pretty easily.

could any of her gi symptoms be from steroid abuse?

Her GI symptoms could be from damn near anything because Victoria will happily exaggerate her symptoms every bit as much as she’ll jump to conclusions about their root cause.

She could just be experiencing nervous shits or the side effects of a poor diet for all we know, but when she talks about it, she’s going to insist that it’s absolutely debilitating even if it normally wouldn't be in anyone else.

It’s like whenever she claims “anaphylaxis”. Who the hell knows what she’s actually experiencing, but I’d be willing to bet real money it’s not something anybody else would ever describe as anaphylaxis.

I am unfamiliar with men's pants sizing so I tried to look up a conversion chart and immediately came across this which made me laugh:

The guy in blue on the far left is the one who comes closest to her dimensions, and he's still listed as a smaller waist size.

This man on Reddit said he was a 44 waist size when he was 330 lb (good for him for losing weight despite being a redditor):

She has claimed to be 5'9 before (which I believe, judging by her older pictures), so a similar weight would put her BMI in the high 40s.

She can't possibly be that fat. I mean, she is fat but how could she be that fat.
