Sorry if I’m late on this, but if he were to get a misdemeanor/felony conviction, does his law license get immediately get revoked? I know in Texas, you can’t hold a law license with a felony, period. Not sure how Minnesota handles it, but kind of ironic he's from Texas—makes you wonder what would’ve happened if he’d stayed.
I still don’t get how Nick once argued in court about releasing bodycam footage because of 'pedo creeps on KF', then turn a blind eye to Melton's behavior and throw him money. I get 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend', but most draw the line at jokes on fucking little girls, esp. when you have little girls.
EDIT
Went to the State of MN v. Rekieta OP for some info and see if anything was filed or changed. I'm no expert, but on the 10-01-2024 Notice of Hearing for 11-26-2024 (spoiler) did it always say "Settlement Conference"? As in an ending (or plea)? I could be retard, optimistic, or both.
Yes, it always sold this. The court is probably giving them a chance to come to please, even if they do not end up doing so. It saves time ans money if they can get him to cooperate.
People ITT know more about goddamn near anything than this loser.
Except degeneracy.
