Lee Marvin actually was a Democrat and an outspoken progressive, mind you he was famous in the 1960s when our perception of political beliefs was different than what we're familiar with now. He's not an outlier, either. Bear in mind that Norman Lear – a.k.a. far-left activist TV show creator who brought us All In The Family – was a World War II veteran as well.
Both of them saw a lot of frontline combat (especially Fuller) and it changed them. After facing death like that, you realize what is important in life and what isn't.
Lee Marvin also forced his girlfriend to abort two pregnancies - a shitlib trademark bar none.
This was a claim made by his live-in girlfriend who was also trying to use common-law marriage laws in California to fuck him over.

I find the possibility of a successful steal to be much lower because pretty much every advantage they had in 2020 is gone. They have fewer resources, a significantly worse candidate, and need to pull off a much bigger steal with much less cover to win.
I actually hope they try to cheat so we can have civil war and maybe Trump kingship with Barron in line.

You know, that's a good point. She has to actively certify the election, she can't just storm off and get drunk for the next 4 months. She can't just ignore it. She has to actively take a step in bringing Trump in for his third victory and second term.

... I absolutely could see her refusing to do so. Especially if they can claim any bullshit. Like, if they get some RINO activists or strangely pink haired Transsexual MAGA Republicans to get caught "rigging" the election, throwing it into doubt. Remember, the left loves to weaponize projection. If they're rigging elections you have to know they'd LOVE to get "evidence" of the right rigging elections, if nothing else to justify them rigging them post-hoc. "We're just doing it to be fair." (This was an actual justification I heard in 2012 on a far lefty blog. "The republicans cheat so we have to fudge the numbers a little, just to make things fair. People agree with us more than them and we'd win elections if not for them cheating, so it's ok.")

But for real, what the hell happens if Kamala refuses to do her job? I mean, again. Is there a remedy there? Just pretend she did certify? Bring in a backup? 25th Biden and her immediately and let Pelosi do it?
Senate and House basically tell Kamala to eat shit and make Trump President in spite of the Cunt refusing to certify and Kamala being arrested/forced to flee the country in disgrace because there is no fucking way the DNC will risk everything for Kamala given that doong so would be seen as an inciting act to basically allow Trump to get his revenge on the left since they crossed the line first refusing to certify.

This is not a federal case, and even if it was, there is insufficient amount in controversy to establish jurisdiction ($50,000 v. $75,000). Besides, something being on national TV does not bypass ordinary jurisdiction inquiry. It may very well be that there is still jurisdiction (see, for example, Baronowsky v. Maiorano, 326 So. 3d 85 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2021), Estes v. Rodin, 259 So. 3d 183 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2018)), but the burden is on her to establish such jurisdiction.
The International Shoe andWorld Wide Volkswagen test and its progeny isn’t just for federal courts. It’s founded on 14th amendment jurisprudence, and as such applies to both state and federal jurisdiction. It’s the outer bounds of constitutional jurisdiction for any court. In fact, WWV was dealing with a state courts attempt to assert jurisdiction over the defendant, not anything by the federal courts.

TV doesn’t by pass jurisdiction requirements, but it is likely sufficient to meet the minimum contracts test to establish specific jurisdiction. It places their product in the stream of commerce such that it reaches the forum state, and that plainly meets minimum contacts under Gray v. American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corp.
The bigger issue is that Florida doesn’t have a broad “to constitutional bounds” long arm statute, but a narrower one. That said, taking a look at the relevant long arm statute, Fla. Stat. Section 48.193, it does establish jurisdiction if the party:
“Committed a tortuous act within this state.”
I’d have to go look at the Florida case law to back up this assertion, but airing an allegedly defamatory video in the state should meet that requirements.

First of all, who or what is an Art Candee?
Another generic professional twitter shitter. I feel like there are a lot of TDS sufferers who play the role of janny but some of them do seem to be in on the grift or straight up employees of the DNC like JoJoFromJerz or Harry Sisson. ArtCandee seems to have taken a lot of interest in privating their domain info for someone just running a business selling AI generated "art", my guess is the AI "art" bit is actually the side gig and they're plugged into the leftoid twitter blue circles to generate ad revenue off X.

I might be wrong on this, but shitlib is more a modernish term for someone who toes the party line no matter what, right? like patrick tomlinson. Someone like RFK jr is more what i think of when i think of a 60s era liberal, or jimmy dore maybe.

Lee Marvin was pro fag in the 60s, but i think that was more "hey stop beating up these faggots merely because they are faggots" not really pride parade fag stuff. Probably anti war and pro free speech sort of liberal.
A shitlib is someone whose "liberalism" is just part of him being an all-around shitty human being. He's belligerent, he hates people who aren't like him, he's whiny, he's childish, he's kind of a fag, and he dresses like a retard. He doesn't really think about anything or have any core beliefs; he's just a "liberal" as a way of being a decadent asshole.

I thought it referred to neoliberalism.

Basically they in general have conservative views on the business world, given that these lot oppose unions and tariffs and immigration quotas and anything else that could really help employees.

But also in general have very liberal views on life as well.

And it created a cancerous toxic individual as a result, that wants to buttfuck the working man but also wants to feel virtuous about himself while doing it.

Like with the police reform situation where they want aggressive thuggish cops (to bash their politicial targets) but also want cops be nice to the muds and darkies that vote for them.

And yet if they pull it off it will be hilarious on how blatant it would be:

Might not want to do it when ammo companies are putting this shit on the ammo bags through.

Not to be outdone by shitting on one of the biggest names in pro wrestling, "art candee" shows how little they value women, at least women that don't agree with them. Danica isn't a huge name outside of racing, but inside racing she's very well known.

Tbf we have people itt do this all the time.

"Taylor Swift endorses kamala!!"

"Who?"

It's peak boomer to pretend you don't like celebs while poasting or replying about them.

I disagree. I don't even follow NASCAR but she was in those GoDaddy commercials spammed everywhere for years. Even outside of that she was fairly well known solely for being a woman in racing, as sort of a proto-girlboss archetype (minus the "insufferable cunt" part).
There's an Irish Youtuber I watch who made a joke referencing Danica Patrick. She's a low-talent diversity hire who rode the wave of being attractive woman in NASCAR and IndyCar, but she's absolutely well-known, even in places where nobody cares about American racing.

If she had endorsed Harris, these same people would be #girlbossing all over the place.

She's known but not exactly known for the best reasons. Just going off statistics in summary you can probably tell how good of a career she had in NASCAR: 191 races, 1 pole start, 7 top 10s and 0 wins. Besides her looks every aspect of her popularity in a lot of ways is artificial. Either way an endorsement is an endorsement so it is what it is.

What's really sad about Mark is he is a serious actor who has worked with some of the greats in Hollywood. One of his best and most underrated films was The Big Red One, where he worked with Lee Marvin and Samuel Fuller. Lee Marvin put all the younger guys through a military-style boot camp in preparation for the film and treated them like they were his soldiers.

How the fuck do you work directly with such talented people and turn into such a sniveling toad? Lee Marvin and Sam Fuller were both hardcore combat veterans of WWII (Marvin fought in the Pacific and was wounded in action in Saipan; Fuller fought in the 1st ID and got both a Silver Star and Purple Heart and he fought on Omaha Beach with George A Taylor).
Star Wars and a car accident fucking up his face.

Hamill got typecasted and typecasted HARD as Luke Skywalker combined with the fact that he wasn't a nepo baby like Fischer or was a pet project of the New Hollywood clique Lucas was a part of like Ford was.

Adding to this, after the first SW film, Hamill got into a car wreck that fucked up his face to a degree that even with Lucas paying for A-List plastic surgeons working overtime to fix the damage, he still had to write in a scene into Empire to explain away while Luke looked different, since Hamill couldn't even grow a beard or mustache to hide the damage to hide the way they had to. basically rebuild his face from scratch.

The later was a huge deal, as Hamill only got his early work (including Big Red One) because he was a hot looking twink producers wanted to fuck the brains out of. The car accident didn't leave him fucked up Joe Bonham style but he was no longer the perfect blonde twink he was before as his reconstructed face was older and more weathered looking. So combined with him being typecasted as Luke and producers no longer wanting to fuck him for job offers, he went bitter and had to resort to voice a thing to make money. With his role as the Joker entirely being an accidental bit of luck dropped onto his lap as the producers wanted Tim Curry as Joker and Curry going out of his way to give a horrible performance when they were testing him out in the role so that he wouldn't get the gig (as he did not want to deal with the stigma of being a voice over actor at that stage of his career) and Hamill being a last minute casting in the role.
