They can be scummy but overall I have enjoyed my BofA experience. Ive been with them for 15+ years. Their credit cards are meh with the exception being their BankAmeriCard which is great for big purchases due to its 0% APR promo rate.

If you have $100 in your bank account, Id highly recommend you stick with credit unions just research them and look at reviews.
