I'm waiting for Greer to produce images of Hitler unknown to historians, and nobody will be able to figure out where he got them from.
Plot twist: He doesn't actually have Moebius Syndrome. Instead, he's a time traveling Hitler and his lips were paralyzed during an untested, experimental moustache removal operation. The reason the pictures of Hitler trigger him so much is because they remind him of the handsome devil that he once was

I'm no lawyer, but it seems pretty obvious that the judge is hellbent on getting this case to either trial or settlement because the appeals court said "This is a real case of some sort". Unless Greer literally makes a filing saying "Fuck off judgey-boy, I'm not filing a schedule and no one can make me", multiple times, it's never getting dismissed before trial.
Yeah but failure to prosecute would be a totally legit reason for dismissal even if the case is believed to have merit. If the judge would dismiss the case for this reason, it would be much less likely to be overturned on appeal due to the lengthy indisputable evidence of Russ' failure to do the bare minimum.

When Russell loses, I suspect he'll file in Florida AGREEING the transfer back to Utah was unlawful, therefore, Utah's ruling was moot and a Florida Judge should rehear the case all over again!
I would imagine that he would get smacked down, largely because he moved to have the case transferred back, and also his appeal is not timely.

A motion to undo the thing that was previously done and then undone.

That sounds like something Russ would try.

You all seem to be forgetting that Russell is DISABLED, and Hardin was MEAN to him, therefore it is preordained that he will win. Everything's going to come up Greer, just you wait.
*monkey's paw curls one finger*
- Null forced legally to play footsies with Russell in a red dress
- Taylor Swift ordered by court to make holocaust musical; becomes great hit
- Hardin gets found as new Pavarotti by AGT
- Court ordered to install code that removes any mention of Russel Greer's copyrights

He asked for the case to be transferred to NEVADA and NOT Utah because they were merciless and "openly bias against plaintiff"

I could see how in Russ's mind Florida sending the case back to Utah instead of Nevada was prejudicial TO HIM and thus he deserves a do over in Florida

That never occurred to me. That is some excellent insight.

Could this have been the trigger for the eventful spiral into his current housing problems? We know he's capable of saving money. What if he ringfenced say, $1000 to try and bait his old lawyers into coming back to him at the expense of missing rent, car maintenance? We know he'll deprive himself of decent food and clothing when he gets fixated on a goal.

E to fix auto correct from eventual to eventful, but yet again, autocorrect knows Russ well and I bow to its wisdom.

A whole thousand dollars? That might be enough to get them to do a single hour of work...

Nah monkeys paw would be:
- court orders Russel's copyright to be removed ... making all of his work public domain.
- Taytay would be ordered to go on a date ... unclear wording results in her being able to choose and she picks Null, hitting it off with slobbermutt and letting him slobber on her muff.
- The court unbans brothels under "free enterprise" ... But it requires Greer to become the first working gentleman
