You can buy a specific license plate in Finland as long as it's free and follows the law but why would you do it with thecterm cis? People barely use it and those who it applies see the term at best polite and at worst kinda insulting, but mostly pointless.

When I actually had a conversational grasp of German because I was taking it in high school (it has atrophied into nothing), I lived somewhere that got a fair number of German tourists.
