I think we’re already beginning to see this to some extent due to what happened in 2020/22 (due to the estb. G.O.P.). Currently, it’s under the banner of M.A.G.A. (and most likely the reason behind M.A.G.A.’s resurgence back into the limelight), most likely out of convenience. I’m no fortune teller, but this is much is very apparent.

This is why I said you can't rig elections when everyone hates you. However, that has a sister phrase: It doesn't mean they won't try, that's why totalitarian regimes exist. They can't sustain power, they can't maintain power, so their only choice is to feign it until people get fed up and either change it from within or violently overthrow it.

Right now, they're changing it from within. I don't buy that they have enough hatred from the common man to win. I think Kamala will win in the most blatantly rigged election in history. If the Democratic party isn't completely demolished by assassination attempts, death threats, and unrest from that point forward, then we're in serious trouble. The Democrats aren't frightened enough of the people yet. It also doesn't seem like people are angry enough yet. All that aside, logic for the Uniparty rulers would dictate to allow Trump victory and try to hamper him in any way possible. The writing is on the wall that they're in serious trouble without a pressure release valve. However, the Uniparty isn't really "unified" and you have essentially a bunch of squirming worms desperately clinging to life support in fear of of a Trump Revenge Team. So you can bet your ass we'll see another attempted "Biden Jump" on November 5th.

If it doesn't happen, then I hope Trump immediately locks up that faggot Jack Smith or just straight up gives him the death penalty he deserves.

Jesus christ this is brutal. I have a feeling that Kamala is way more unpopular with straight men than they're even letting on publicly - her entire cabinet feels like it's built up of manufactured passive aggressive HR people. It's just so repulsive on an instinctual level and especially with Trump's polling coming out ahead in swing states (who always has his support massively underestimated by polls) I just don't see it happening.

I always think about anticipating future world events as if this was some tom clancy novel and I was some evil billionaire in charge of manipulating the public. If I wanted Harris to win here's how I would do it. It's pretty clear Harris is going to lose, the polls are starting to favor Trump in the swing states and they need an October surprise. But anything they post this close to the race about Trump - even a horrible scandal - will probably not move the needle at all for most voters at this point. But what if something happened to Kamala? I think the biggest plot twist that no one would see coming is something bad happening to Kamala to blame on Trump supporters, but not so bad that she can't still run. Which makes no sense logically because I feel like very few trump supporters feel like the race is even in question at this point - most are predicting a huge red wave - and would be aware of the optics of how attacking Kamala would look. So it makes no sense if they'd want him to win... but if it was a staged attempt... it may move the needle

I almost dont even want to type it because I'm truly afraid of what would happen if they did decide to do this. We're already so strained as a country and we need someone to come together to unify us before we crumble apart. But if the cards were truly down and I was desperate enough evil motherfucker it's probably what I would do if I was a kingmaker. If I'm out of options against Trump and I truly didn't give a single fuck about the American people in general I'd fake an assignment attempt as a last ditch hail mary effort to garner support for her. I'm just hoping the kingmakers here are just willing to lose graciously or make deals with Trump instead of turning up the gas even more. It's too much, we gotta have a few good years of recovery here in terms of healing the country and easing tensions.

This is the problem with electing overly emotional manchildren and screeching harpies - they always let their emotions get the better of them. The major difference is things are SO TENSE right now that pulling the same bullshit they did in 2017 onward is likely just going to further stoke the fires. I travel for work and have visited about 10 big american cities this year and there is so much anger and animosity in the air you can feel it. creeps me the fuck out. NYC has a completely different vibe and feels infinitely more eerie than when I was there pre-covid.

Honestly would not hurt to buy a small house in the midwest boonies somewhere just as a fall back, I did. I feel like a lot of people have a really ominous feeling about 2025 - like animals sensing an oncoming storm. I don't think it'll be apocalyptic but I do think the cities will get even more dangerous and littered with even more crime.

I mean right now you can feel the resentment growing in the air especially in a lot of major cities. I can only speak for the DFW area but it does feel like the blue people here actually do whole heartedly believe in the propaganda even more so than blue states.
It's kinda like the conservative guy in a blue state who goes out of their way to "own the libs" the shitlibs in Texas are the 180 of that. While I don't expect much in the way of violence I do expect things to get spicy. I'm more concerned that my progressive liberal friends will lose their shit. This is why I stop talking to them or have basically decided minus fb group shitposting I'm not talking to them about anything political.
I'm about 85% positive Trump will win the election on election night but I still know there's that 15% chance for anything to happen. I hope Trump wins the tds goes away with a lot of them and we move on.

TLDR: Yes and no, they were not necessarily loyal to Hitler, but they were loyal to Germany. They also mostly did not expect to be able to end the war or make peace.

Multiple high ranking leaders, like the right hand of Hitler, Rudolf Hess, had defected to negotiate peace, but the powers that be were not interested. It was really, really important to them to get to kill off half a generation of their own population, plus Ol‘ Adolf definitely overplayed his hand a few times.

For Britain it was also really important to get to bomb German civilians and cultural heritage sites. The British Royal Air Force was ordered to deliberately forgo strategic military targets and firebomb civilians instead. This was not a crime on the technicality that the conventions on war crimes at the time were written before bombers existed, and so referred to war on land and sea only. Conversely, on the same technicality there were later mass executions of Germans, both military and civilians, that failed to protect downed bomber crew from being killed, as those were not to be counted as combatants.

What I‘m getting at: Everyone in Nazi High Command knew there was no way to make peace. It has been made abundantly clear that peace was not an option. This is part of how the concept of „Total War“ arose.

Most assassination attempts from the inside were made over strategic differences. „Trust me bruder, if I was the fuhrer I would have totally soloed the rest of the world or convinced the allies to just let us keep half of Europe.“
They might not have been loyal to Hitler, but they were by all accounts loyal to the German (not necessarily the nazi) cause, whatever that might have been at the time, and willing to sacrifice their own life for it.
None of them planned to kill Hitler to protect multicultural diversity and drag queen story hour. None of them wanted to kill Hitler because of a dual allegiance to a different nation. None of them wanted to kill Hitler so their stock portfolio would go up.

My guess is that many of them will disconnect from politics in order to preserve their sanity. Thought leaders on the left have been pushing nonstop panic and anguish for so long, and if you take their statements to their logical conclusion the only "correct" course of action for people on the left in case of a Trump win would be to start killing MAGA people. However, most of them don't have the temperament to do this or the fortitude to keep enduring the nonstop freakout so they'll unplug from all political media channels and focus on game streamers, animal videos and anything else that can serve as an escape. For people who can't make such a clean break, there may also be a spike in suicides.
