David, like many gun control advocates, doesn't quite know what he's talking about. He meant to say that all guns should have fixed/internal magazines with no stripper clip functionality. He also seems to believe the 2nd amendment is for home defense, not to keep the government in check.

I used to watch this guy do clone reviews back in the really early 2010s back in the day. Seems like hes getting back into it. Its a lot like ashens except if he were to be american.

I mean if I was LGR, I'd probably hang it up and get a real job. His content hasn't been particularly new or interesting in a while and the loss of momentum from taking several months off might kill off interest in his channel.

He has enough patreon dollars he could just sit on his arse in St Kitts and Nevis or whatever Caribbean country he has a second passport in, and drink cocktails on the beach.
Fuck knows what he's been doing in rural NC reviewing Sims 4 bullshit, but I can't see him ever going back to a normal job.

Still feels like ... hoarder vibes. Neat/organized hoarder, but still a hoarder. He does acknowledge the people who lost everything (some even their lives) towards the end. Maybe he should have started with that, but I agree; glad he didn't go on any political rants or stuff.

Does he own this house or was he renting? I thought in a video way back he talked about a lease, but I don't remember for sure. If he does own it, that's really going to suck. No one can afford flood insurance. The rebuilding efforts will be insane.

I believe he owns it. He used to live in an apartment/town house closer to the city of Ashville, but he moved out to a more secluded area about 2 or so years ago. Could've been a lot worse in that regards.

Is this thing a peltier cooler ... for your head?! Techmoan isn't very ... technical, so it's little details like .. how it actually works, that he doesn't really know how to research or describe.

Techmoan's stuff is still interesting. He doesn't have a lot of room in his small UK house, so I wonder if he sells a lot of his old gear or has a storage locker. I don't think he'll run out of things to cover any time soon, and it doesn't seem like he's getting burned out. I assume he has a full-time, non-youtube job though?
