The really interesting thing is that AI pics are moving us toward a place where blackmail may no longer be possible. There are rumors about comprehensive blackmail networks of politicians, where they have to commit heinous deeds on camera in order to be supported for election. Is it true? Who knows, but if it is true, and now people are starting to expect AI deepfakes to be used for defamation, could all that blackmail material be instantly rendered useless? If someone had a snuff porn tape with a politician starring as the executioner, would anyone even believe it?

I realized something, watching the train-wreck that is the Kamala campaign that I'd be fucking stunned if the likes of @Gehenna, @AnOminous, and/or @Jet Fuel Johnny all probably noticed watching similar:
We've seen this show before.
Specifically, around 2008, with McCain's campaign. Back then, they simply blamed Palin for it (and make no mistake, she wasn't exactly doing McCain's camp any favors), but the bigger issue McCain had was the problem of being shackled pretty much at the hip to Bush's at-the-time insanely unpopular administration, so a lot of his campaigning gradually mutated from more conventional fare to "I'm totally not like the president currently in office, vote for me you guys, ignore that I've been the Bush administration's cheerleader for his entire tenure in office and have been banging the drum to keep us in the Middle East for the next 30 years."
McCain basically was an IRL version of the Holden Bloodfeast meme, is what I'm getting at, and this dragged his campaign down hard, even before the charisma gulf between him and his opponent became apparent.
Kamala, however, is cratering way harder and with way less restraint, both because she's nowhere near as charismatic as John McCain was, and because she's an active member of an administration that has been actively fucking up for almost half a decade. From Ukraine to the Afghanistan pull-out, from the border crisis to the economic crisis at home, this administration has been an outright disaster for pretty much everyone, and even the VBNMW crowd are starting to realize it.
It's fucking surreal, and outright fascinating to witness.

I think they logic they have is that if Kamala wins, even if it's 51%-49%, the 49% of the country will finally have to give up on Trump. They may not unite under her and agree, but we can get past this long national psychosis and put away Trump, MAGA, Vance, MAHA, and all that. The right can get back to being sensible RINOS again, supporting the MIC, Big Pharma, etc.

I love trump, and I think trump will be good for the country, I also hate the democrats and think they are awful, but beyond that the thing that will make me the most happy if trump wins is the fact that every penny these fucking retards spent, every piece of credibility and political capital they sacrificed will all have been for absolutely nothing.
Even if trump is ineffective the motivation behind most of their wasted billions was just to autistically insist that trump "lost" at the end of the day.
To see all of that to have been for nothing would be a great justice.

And to think, if the Democrats had let Trump have his 2nd term in 2020, the man would've end up being a lame duck president and hamstrung further by Congress. Once he leaves, the Democrats would've been able to easily fortify their position for an Eternal Uniparty since Big Orange or the next GOP nominee wouldn't have people like Vance or RFK in his administration or mounting resentment of the left by the public.

She is a hollow puppet who only speaks pre-approved and workshopped phrases from her staff and handlers from the deep state. She doesn’t have opinions, thoughts or actions that don’t pre-align with the party and when she’s asked something that hasn’t been pre-worked she freezes up and can’t answer honestly. She is a politician at the end of the day and her job is to get her party elected and improve the material lives of wealthy and powerful people connected to it, and to fuck you in the process. The serfs aren’t stupid and know people like her are lying snakes but we have no power to make material change. We’re up to our necks with these types of liars who speak so much yet say nothing at all. They are hollow lizard people who steal our time and money then happily crush you and laugh in your face when you protest. They need to understand people have had enough and their old and tired tricks aren’t working anymore.

This is where her Indian heritage really shows through. She presents herself exactly like a pajeet applying for a tech job: they have over a decade of experience with every single popular enterprise technology and they are experts in agile, scrum, kanban and all the other work planning systems. When questioned about the projects they've worked on they will give the most vague, generic answers possible and reveal that their knowledge of the cited technologies equals remembering about two sentences' worth of their Wikipedia entries.

Apropos of nothing, I'd like to see before the end of this week (this plan needs to have some buffer before the election) a televised Trump rally where he stops the rally and says something like how he has a song for Kamala Harris, and cues the DJ to play "Why Can't We Be Friends?"

Waffling on the basic textbook job interview questions is how you know she's never worked in the private sector. "What's an example of a mistake you made and what did you learn from it" is something I've been asked in nearly every interview I've ever had right next to "What is your biggest weakness".
If you can't answer questions you'd expect a BestBuy interviewer to ask, why are you running for president instead of finding out how to pass the interview for a job after you lose?
