I uploaded the sonic generations stream as 720p 30fps per @Uity69's request and uploaded the Chudcast at 1080p 60 but there is no guarantee it will be that since rumble might just downscale it to 480p or lower.

And it's no surprise that futasynth wasn't liked. Not because of video games but because he doesn't seem to be a nice person. He was probably an annoying sperg.

Then why do they sperg out on that "little group" then? When a game flops (like 99.99% of all new releases do), their go to scapegoat is to blame it on this "circlejerk" group. Gaming was for nerds and since they couldn't gate keep it for financial reasons, it went to shit. Everytime you say this, they are the ones throwing a tantrum. So it seems like they do care about the "dumb gamer "We are so special!" circlejerk." group.

18:30 in said Metokur video explains why gatekeeping is a must have for any community/club or what ever name you want to use for this. The reason for why they care is simple, this group was the gatekeepers, and since "radicals" are the ones that directs the masses, they are a threat in this matter, due to they can break the normie condition. In this case, they can make normies stop buying and consuming the slop and ruin these studios. That's why they do seethe at people like Synth.

Okay, I found Odysee to be a better platform. 1080p quality doesn't get degraded just cause you're not "Premium" unlike Rumble. Here's the link. I'll get to work with other stuff I've got next.

Synth is currently 29 so he is talking about 2009, the year the original COD MW 2 released.
Pretty hard historical revisionism cause the average 14 year old (male) in 2009 either played video games or had a friend/sibling who did. If people didn't like him it wasn't because he played videogames.

It just goes to show how bad the absolute state of Youtube is. it might seem absurd when people call Synth the last based reviewer around but when you really think about it and ignore the obvious grifters there really aren't any I can think of.

The only circle-jerk that exists are the 'Gamers are horrible' people that only exist to fuck shit up within the gaming community (and industry) and cause drama everywhere.

You should respect the industry, the consumers, the culture and ethics, that's how you positively contribute. Seniority is key, and so is respect for the ethos and culture,

You can't just come on and complain over everything, while spouting 'cake is a lie', 'Earthbound/Persona is the best game (I never played btw)' and so many more skin-walker examples.

In a sports analogy, it's like in European Soccer, where I say Ronaldo/Messi/Lewandowski is the best (without knowing of their respective history and such of the sport or anything); praising Muhammad Ali in boxing, or Bruce Lee in MMA e.t.c.

From these examples, you're taking the memetic, headline or journalist knowledge (if you guys btw ever wondered what your lecturers say when you have a journalist style rather than academic style), without soaking in anything. For example, the gamer characters you would see in TV shows and Movies as imitators, but can never be so convincing enough to actually be the real thing.

The real gatekeeper isn't the members calling you a newfag, a summer child or any other terms; the truth is that the real gatekeeper is often yourself by seething over these words, and not taking the advice of "LURK MOAR".

This is true and that’s the main problem. YouTube is too big at this point and no one is willing to move off the platform. I mean think about it, why go to Rumble if no one actually uploads their content on Rumble, or watches videos on Rumble? The 100k views you get on YouTube may translate to around 100 views on alt-tech. Until there’s a mass-exodus from YouTube, I don’t see alt-tech having a lot of opportunity.

Still think it's best to spread the content around and keep our options open. There's really no predicting what could happen like getting banned. As it stands though Rumble isn't gonna be "the future" if it keeps those obligatory quality drops for non-premium users uploading beyond 47 minutes.

Best thing is just to upload sanitized version on YouTube and raw into alt tech. This way you get the exposure but aren't forced to completely sellout.
