Diseased Rowling Derangement Syndrome - "TERF/Woke Author Bad!!1"

Concerning WB's projected HP TV series, someone who follows MovieBob thinks WB should find a way to take care of Rowling first.

TRAs seem to live in absolute denial about what a money printing machine HP is, no matter what JKR does. So what if some virtue signaling idiot refuses an opportunity like that. There are enough people who will take the chance.

You only need to go to bookstores, supermarkets etc to find heaps of HP merch. In Germany, they released HP themed gummy bears recently. (one lone "transphobic" comment, lol.) Normies just don't give a fuck. The brand will stay alive, unlike trannies.

I love how they think anyone anywhere gives a shit about their stupid tranny obsessions. Get over yourselves, losers.

I think Rowling has hinted that her sales actually tend to spike a bit whenever she tweets anything that triggers a massive meltdown. Part of the thing with a situation where many people feel silenced is that they look for small ways to rebel, and I would not be surprised if buying a HP book or Lego set or pair of socks, isn't something that brings slight catharsis to pissed off terfs.

Recently reread Harry Potter for the first time in years just for the fuck of it, and I understand why I liked it when I was a preteen/teen but now it doesn't hold a whole lot of appeal outside of nostalgia. Is Rowling particularly religious?
She would likely deny it because plenty of HP fans are every flavour of atheist, and she wouldn't want to piss off what's left of her demographic.

This might be TMI but
I bought two copies of Hogwarts Legacy for this very reason, one for PC and one for Switch. I would have just gotten the one under normal circumstances, obviously.

I find it so fucking offensive the way that fat faggot, MovieBob, talks about J.K. Rowling. "Rowling isn't going to get better." Like having a functioning brain and being able to see through the trans bullshit is some kind of degenerative disease.

"There's obviously something wrong with her." Why? Because she doesn't agree with you? Men are always trying to pull that shit on women. Whether it's the typical douchebag abuser telling his friends his ex-girlfriend was 'crazy', because she stood up for herself and called him out on his bullshit, or family patriarchs in the '50s shipping their 'hysterical' daughters off to the lunatic asylum for a life-saving lobotomy, or fucking Muslim fundamentalists honour killing female family members because they dared to listen to pop music and don't want to wear a hijab.

Shut the fuck up, Bob, you fat fuck. You blew off your grandmother's funeral to go play Super Mario Bros in your car. The grown-ups are talking.

And what's worse, you then look at the Wizarding World and you realize its a Neo Liberal dystopia.

And Rowling was getting mocked at for being a bad writer since Book 3.

The Main Characters at a young age are confronted with the Wizarding Worlds Corrupt and attenable class injustice, racism, conspiracy, mistruth, manipulation, long standing abuse of authority, and even chattel slavery, and the main hero ultimate take away after understanding all the bad stuff, and defeating the monster it helped create is, that he hes gonna be alright because he has a shit load of money so he might as well become a Cop.

And whats even more Grotesque is how much of a proxy representation of trans people Voldemort is, from killing a girl in a bathroom with the Basilisk to Dumbeldore dead naming him.
Holy shit. Never have I seen such biased and false interpretation/literature critique of the books. And I've seen some really bad takes. Also, Voldemort is "a proxy representation of trans people" now? These people are fucked in the head.

On the contrary, I love this interpretation, it's spot on.

This interpretation arguably makes Rowling very much based. She doesn't waste time writing a faggy "destroy the wizarding world government to create a socialist utopia from the ashes" storyline either, despite purposefully writing the wizarding world government as deeply flawed and prone to corruption.

The parallels between Voldemort and troons is spot-on too, especially with him mutilating not just his body, but also his soul, to chase an impossible dream, and even pursues his goal at the direct expense of others, just like troons do.

That the troon would see parallels between Dumbledore refusing to entertain Tom Riddle's narcissism, and gender critical people doing the same to troons, it's actually spot-on, and it's a damn shame it doesn't see that, and think to itself, "Am I the baddie?"

I think there's loads of other parallels, like how Dolores Umbridge's personality and mannerisms line up quite perfectly with many IRL social justice warriors and woke leftists, but imma stop now before I get any more puzzle piece stickers.

Not to power level, but my son's school recently had their Halloween festival and I was a little surprised but very happy when I saw how many kids were still dressing as Harry Potter characters

>What's left of her demographic

You sound like a deranged tranny. Her fan base and reach is at an all time high and grows every year even with the organized smear campaign ongoing against her, I don't think there's anything she can say or do at this point that would destroy the Harry Potter franchise

If anything, she's REGAINING respect by doing what she's doing.

I suspect many conservatives who initially gave her crap for her leftist beliefs are feeling a bit silly now, and realize that they were much too hard on her. No matter your disagreements with her, it's quite admirable, the firm stance she's taken against transgender ideology.

I suspect I'm probably a bit older than most of the posters here, but as someone who was there at the time, I feel like this can't be emphasised enough - the trans community, as we know them today, literally did not exist at the time J.K. Rowling was writing the Harry Potter books.

They weren't a demographic - they were fringe weirdos, most of whom were just gay men making unusual wardrobe choices, and while people knew they existed (and they were often the butt of cheap jokes at their expense), they were considered oddities and were such a non-fucking factor that nobody bothered with 'representation' of them at all. Trans people were not mainstream in the '90s and early '00s
And it was a golden age!

Voldemort was 100% NOT intended to be a proxy representation of trans people, but the fact that they look at him and the things he does in the books and they see that, well...

Obviously not, but the fact that it lines up so perfectly will never stop being hilarious to me.

Honestly it's not as coincidental as it seems, you can pick any handfull of horror villains and a few of them will share striking similarities with trannies.

A few off the top of my head:
Mike Myers - Skinwalker, assaults woman and children (this is a trait most horror villains share with troons so pointless mentioning it)
Jason Vorehees - Mentally disabled freak, hermit
Buffalo Bill - Need I explain?
Freddy Kruger - Disfigured paedophile who gets off on giving children nighmares
Leatherface - Again, need I explain?
Pazuzu - Literally possesses and becomes a little girl. He is what every troon aspires to be.
