Powerleveling -- if my family hadn't been on SNAP when I was a child, I wouldn't have been eating.

I cannot with conscious say that I support revamping or dismantling that program. I didn't go hungry as a child because of that program.

What foods should be SNAP-eligible is a matter of debate. What people decide to purchase using SNAP is a matter of individual choice.

Our family made the decision to eat as healthy as possible. I wouldn't have been eating fruits or vegetables as a child had this program not existed.

I think SNAP, like the foster system and Social Security, are things that have to exist. Can they be improved? Yeah.

Even ignoring all of the early voting turnout stuff, what's the current liberal cope for Trump being basically tied with Kamala, combined with the fact that Trump outperformed his polling in 2016 and 2020 which means the tie is in reality pointing to a big Trump lead, and the fact that the longer Kamala runs the more her numbers seem to slip?

RFK had an event in PA that I just went to, it was nice. Had no clue the chronic health rate inflated so drastically in the last 60 years.
Not sure how many people usually show up for an event like this, but there was probably around 500-1,000 people from my estimation. Seemed like a decently sized crowd for such a minor event.

RFK was essentially a joke candidate. Without a leading ticket with the donkeys or elephants, he had zero chance of enacting any policy that his voters found attractive.

Now that he's hitched his wagon to Trump's, and Trump appears receptive to RFK pet issues (e.g. MAHA), RFK policies have a very real chance of becoming reality.

Whereas voting for RFK before was almost purely out of moral support, a vote now, in the form of a Trump vote, could mean actual change.
