Lauper was a huge star in the 80-90s, she did a music video for the goonies, and was in some of the early Wrestlemania stuff. I'll always like her, but it's not shocking at all she's coming out for kamala, she was a huge girl power icon in the 80s and 90s. Once upon a time they were very special. The Nitro in the name isn't just a cool word, they used nitrocellulose rather than black powder which is a much more potent propellant. I think they just use an equivalent charge of smokeless powder these days but they stick around because there's rules on the types of cartridges you're allowed to use for big game hunting, otherwise people would probably just use 50 BMGs because it's $5 a round and more powerful. I think the reason why there aren't more African Olympic swimmers is because pools are expensive to maintain and most African countries are poor. There are tons of great African runners because all you need is flat ground for that.

The argument falls apart when you ask them to define what machine-gun and assault-weapon means. Any gun is a machine. It’s an assault weapon the moment you decide to use it in self defense. If they passed a ban on fully automatic firing weapons I would be fine with that, but that’s not enough for them. Their goal is to outlaw everything under retarded umbrella terms cooked up in a Washington think tank.
