Chris submits a photo of his Lego Manchester High School to the Awesome Alliance competition page.

Does anyone want to compare this to the old HS and determine if he did buy $500 worth of new Legos?

Wow,how many of these things is he building? There seems to be another lego structure in the background. Is it the really the old MH, and he just wasted a lot of money on getting a new one? Jesus, it really HAS become his new totem!

Anyway, I don't know how this contest works (are the prizes dependant on "awesome points" or do the lego guys just pick their faves?). Either way, the creativity on some of the other entries is really good. Some people have managed to do really cool, but very simplistic things. For example, this one is really simple, but I really love it:

Chris' creativity has become extremely limited. He's become fixated on this school, and won't actually play around and explore other concepts with this toy that's basically made for building whatever your crazy mind wants. The Lego MH high has become his new Sonichu in a way. It's what he feels will get him friends, admiration and fame (Lego contests! yeaah!).

I assume that these were taken in whatever motel/hotel they're staying at, everything looks well lit and clean.

Edit: Was a derp and linked the wrong image.

Unsure if he made a brand new one or not. That little add-on on the left seems to be new. I don't remember that. He definitely blew some tugboat on Lego Movie Lego sets (probably all of them).

I know he's always been into Lego, but it would seem he's completely retreated into his Lego fantasy world these days, especially after the trolls ruined Cwcville for him. I think it's quite telling that he has the modern version of himself and that he portrays Bob as deceased in these pictures too, it's like he's portraying that he's still living in the present, but this particular present is a happy place for him.

I wonder what Barb thinks of all this? Hell, I wonder what Barb thinks of anything these days! Is she cognizant of the fact that Chris is pissing away their limited reserves on Lego? God, gas may be EXPENSIVE, but Lego is extortionate by comparison.
Maybe she actually likes seeing her special little soldier behaving like a child? Or it could be that the stress of the fire pushed her over the edge and she lost whatever sanity she had left?

Another possibility is that Chris is still pushing the "fans sent me stuff" thing he was doing a while back, considering he received a big box of stuff and a chunk of cash from internet strangers, I can see Barb falling for it quite easily.

Considering the reveal that his "gal-pals" were only eating with him out of pity, along with everything else, you gotta wonder why he's so fixated on high school. I guess it's just him wanting to have that mindset again. Thinking his surrounded by people that adore him, not revealing himself online the way he has, actual social integration...despite all the bullying and everything, Chris still views high school as the happiest time of his life. It's actually really tragic. You know, if you ignore the type of person Chris is.

Goddamnit... I just watched parts of the MHS video again to make sure that this is indeed a different version of that lego monstrosity.
And it really is.
So either Fatty broke down the old school, washed the bricks and re-assembled it or he did indeed spend 500$ on kids' toys again.
Honor Roll my ass.

the sad thing is, this is probably the closest thing to TRUE and ORIGINAL he will ever get in his life.

Still looks nothing like the actual school (which, oddly enough, looks like a Lego model)

Seriously. The actual MHS could have been built quickly and cheaply.

But the bottom line is, Chris isn't trying to re-create his real high school years. He's just trying to give physical form to his high school fantasy, which is apparently that he went to school in a gay version of Pee-Wee's Playhouse, where his classmates were his parents and some fucktoys.
