Ben's case related to the man-hunt arrest in Massachusetts was dismissed.
Ben is already rightfully gloating and dreaming of the people he'll be suing.

I want to see the document. It sounds like the prosecution simply decided to drop the case and checked the court's mandatory boxes for doing so. It's clearly a standard form they're reading off of. The State pursues and drops whatever they want regardless of evidence. They choose cases based on what they feel is important to pursue, not levels of evidence.

Considering Ben isn't telling stories about the prosecution being outwitted in court, it sounds like they walked in just for the State to announce they're dropping the case.
