Well, this one is a piece of work. Is there an award for sharpest decline in personal appearance? The 2015 - 2023 transformation is tragic. Beauty isn't everything, not even close (ofc), but in this case she just decided to let all her inner ugly come out and take the wheel(chair). The pics outdoors with the "I work with asbestos"-grade mask/ventilator is just ridiculous. Victor/ Victoria, you look and act ridiculous.
And why, oh, WHY, must these pooners ALWAYS adopt those ugly hawaiian/short-sleeved button-up shirts? I know Dr. shidibhbhbbbidi hands them out like Halloween candy post-tit-chop, but is there some kind of handbook that requires it? The absolute worst.
Side irritation - I get she's had mental problems going way way back, but how dumb or mentally unwell do you have to be to fracture your elbows, get turned down for a ride to the hospital bc your friend is sick of how annoying you are, and then, instead of calling an ambulance or an Uber, sit in pain overnight until someone else can take you in? Unless of course you're just saving up offenses to post for attention (ahem) or to guilt someone for telling you to fuck off (ahem).

He had a career at GE - he is smart and adult enough to know that she was 100% wrong that they couldn't talk to the LL directly...and why would he defer to her, anyway? Completely inexplicable.
...I have kids a bit younger than she is. And yes, at a certain point you cannot force them to do this or that (though you can put conditions, and you know, exercise parental influence). And I'm not sure what I would do with a kid with Victor/ Victoria's combination of mental illness + insane entitlement/ arrogance + flopping around wailing for attention with 47 different maladies for a decade (to say nothing of the poonerism and other degradation in her appearance and potential).
Imagine looking back at pictures of your family to a time when your kids were not yet teens, two beautiful children, an exceptionally comfortable life, everything you need and could hope for...to 10-12 years later, both children now young adults destroying their bodies, unlaunched, failed, delusional ...and (at least in one case) epically entitled and ungrateful, contributing nothing to the world, and living just to scheme online and suck energy from other people.Maybe the parents are terrible people, too, but if not, every single day is surely torture and a constant state of anxiety and disappointment.
