I'm no expert on Indian colonial history, but I understand that the much of the Subcontinent under British rule was managed as the puppeted "Princely States", where the pajeets were left to their own devices besides taxation and sovereignty and really didn't have their local economy or practices reformed or evolved. The other European colonial enclaves were directly ruled by the European colonial regimes, so probably more improvements were made.

Good morning from Britain, Kiwi saars. I've come to relate my experience of my workplace being culturally enriched.

I work in a public building that recently closed down, and am now looking after the place and dealing with any maintenance issues and stuff like that til it sells. My boss decided to subcontract the night shifts to another company which I assumed would be the usual parade of second gen Pakis and Eastern Europeans, that I've worked with on and off the past ten years and have generally been fine.

Turns out it's a jeet company! We got off to a brilliant start because I am not a jeet or a man, and because my manager was relatively new to the company he pretty much deferred to me for everything when we were introduced to Jeet No.1, which didn't fucking matter one bit because Jeet No.1 wouldn't so much as look at me, never mind respond. He got his guided tour where he spent most of the time playing on his phone and I started directing everything at my boss instead, Please also note that the client laid off the cleaners for the site a few days after we closed, he's known for making weird decisions and we've all given up on trying to push back.

Now these jeets come with guard dog accessory, and the jeets started to let the dogs everywhere in the building and let them piss in the corridors and streak shit all over. The smell hit you as soon as you walked in, it was embarrassing when we had visitors turn up. After not even a week of jeet fuckery where they were clearly applying whatever weird word they have for 'not fucking working', I started to get complaints from the client's maintenance staff and contractors, who were turning up at 6am to find no one there or that they would be denied entry.

Anyways I emailed this to my boss and slowly the complaints from contractors stopped but the toilet situation quickly became absolutely fucking ridiculous and is still something I can't believe even having read this thread and seeing them bathing in and eating shit which I'd always thought was just some racist bull. I didn't realise how bad the mens toilets were until I let the postie in to use them one day and he came out white and gagging as I'd been sensible and locked a toilet off for myself when I heard I was getting new colleagues. I did a quick check before I called in the client's in-house cleaner and realised it was gonna be a deep clean, couple of grand type job when the place actually sells because the toilet bowl was just a morass of shit, piss, and fuck knows what else right up almost to the rim with shit marks and streaks on the side of the sink and the wall. Piss over the floor. And every single other men's toilet in the place was the same, so they'd been jeeting one toilet up and moving on to the next one but have now run out. Honestly have never seen anything like it.

Jeet No.1 actually got fired quite early on because I arrived one morning to take over from him and found a sheet of paper on my desk decorated with various stick figures engaged in what I can only assume was non-consensual intercourse and helpfully labelled ' ME' and 'YOU'. I sent a photo of the drawings to my boss and asked if Jeet No.1 had an explanation for it. I guess he didn't cos I didn't see him again, and the procession of interchangeable jeets that continued without him seemed mostly dedicated to not emptying the bins, smearing curry everywhere (it's even on the CCTV panel ffs) and contributing to the situation in the toilets. In slightly less grim news my brand new coat went missing when I left it on the back of my chair one night. I was stupid to leave it but I thought a coat that obviously female coded wouldn't get taken by men. Assume it's an expensive wank rag now.

Some cultures are just objectively worse than others and I think when we accept that the world will be a far better place. For us. Even the beautiful, quiet town I grew up in recently had to pass a by-law that prohibited shitting in public because they're all slowly moving into the new build estates there to commute to another nearby city. A town that was established around 70 AD and until recently chugged along fine without specific laws on shitting in public now has to stop its 'citizens' shitting in public. More rapes too, guess who?

It's all fine anyway because I had the client in mid-week and he is clearly more based than I because he told me he'd had 'a suspicion' and I guess he'd been driving past the place on a night or something, turns out the jeets have been taking over from me on an evening, clocking on, then fucking off home til 5am and having their jeet manager fiddle their digital patrol reports that were set up after the client's staff complained to me so next week he's 'sacking the fucking lot of them' and hopefully I will have no more jeet stories. Haven't even bothered to tell my manager they're getting sacked because he knows they're shit, I mentioned my own suspicions about a month ago, and my own job isn't at risk, I just want to go to work, get home on time, and not have the building stink of shit and rotting curry. Dunno how long I'll have that for though, as I've heard from both the client and my manager that several of our sites in a nearby city have also been jeeted into oblivion.

This, I've utilised great open source material from Iranians and Pakistanis, but all I see from Indian named contributors is minor readme/comment changes, just for the "Contributed to popular repository" badge.
There's lots of genuinely useful tutorials by Indians on youtube, so perhaps I'm generalising.
