Gay ops used to be things like pretending to be someone like Nick's friend so as to obtain damaging personal information and exposing it.

The swinging has never been in question. The biggest bits of all this cracksanity are a) she is fucking insane and b) she wanted him for herself alone and is still trying to get it.

It'd go fine to the point of being in divorce rape territory. If she cleans up and does the appropriate groveling to CPS while Nick continues to be a coked up fuckwad, she'll get custody, the kids will get to keep living in the house or something similar, and short of Nick's parents cutting him entirely off, if he has income, wherever it's from, he'll have to pay child support.

Not divorce rape to get child support and at least half the assets ("at least" bc given he may have unusual holdings or income streams, it's possible that the most equitable outcome would be her getting more than half of current assets). They've been married a long time. And barring something unusual and extraordinary (more than the existing unusual and extraordinary situation), he'd get joint legal and physical custody...if he wants it. In MN there's a difference between custody and parenting time. Nick comes across as the type of faggot who would bare his soul to get these women to feel empathy for him, and then get them hooked into his shared fantasy. Then over time they become hopelessly trauma bonded to him with his intermittent reinforcement manipulation. April is still relatively young so she can plan an exit strategy still. Kayla might be more conflicted after years of mental abuse. We'll see very soon.
