You know, I was getting bored with people on here talking about cooking french fries in beef tallow, almost constantly when it was happening. (nothing against the process itself, I genuinely don't remember a difference in taste before or after beef tallow. it was just really annoying that for like a week here every other post here was about cooking fries in beef tallow, with very little else added to that sentiment, other than "I want McDonalds to cook fries in beef tallow again".) I didn't say anything about it at the time, because I know what happens when you express a dislike about any particular topic on the internet.

Anyway. The ad worked on me. I think I am now fully in favor of bringing back beef tallow. Make French Fries great again!
