Yeah, I just find it to be a waste of energy to fuck with someone's yard signs like that. Also, so many people have Ring cameras nowadays, and I'd hate to be in a YouTube video.

The big things they are pushing right now are:
  • Trump is LITERALLY Hitler.
  • Project 2025.
The former, they've been trying since Jeb! dropped out in 2016. The latter is a gayop invented by a neocon thinktank called The Heritage Foundation, which ostensibly presents itself as a wishlist for Trump's second term: policy proposals include making every federal employee a political appointee, increasing mass surveillance, implementing a total ban on abortion (instead of leaving it to the states), and launching a military invasion of Mexico. Trump has publicly disavowed it because it's retarded.

Looking at this makes me wonder how much that the "actress" really fucked up in the grand scheme of things. Could be big time. Even if it doesn't go outside of right-wing spheres, even if she got a raise out of it (and a party to celebrate her bravely standing up against fascism), I'm well aware the left relies on crisis actors and "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situations to invent agitprop and push their bullshit. The dad up and took his kid away and the "actress" came out looking horrible. If it's intentional, it reflects poorly on him too for using his kid like that. He, and especially his kid, are very lucky it ended the way it did, that much can't be overstated.

I guess if there's a picture-perfect sign their machine is falling apart, it's that. No drums, no megaphones, just sheer disconnect between a crisis actress and her side's supposed goals.

There's no consequences if they let it not have any consequences. Perhaps this little moment of a childish tantrum in front of a child costed her a family, costed her friends. or even costed her any opportunity not relating to the party. She's essentially trapped into being the face of the party whatever she wants it or not. If I actually had sympathy for her it'll be sad, but she essentially damned herself into being a grifter and I think it's funny.
