Still think it is a bad comparison. If only Kamala did JRE, then you would have two pieces of data to compare that actually let you draw some conclusions.
If my screenshots I looked at an episode of CHD from 1 year ago, that is also pinned atop of their channel! And a JRE epsiode that is from a few weeks and not pinned anywhere, just to drive the point home how much more reach JRE has, even when the guest is not as famous. (Or famous at all. Not sure who these people are, in any case.)

My conspiracy theory of choice is that while storing this much data and "fusing" it is absolutely possible (for reasons you just explained), actually going through it is still very difficult, even when you account for man-hours across the entire organization, unless you specifically get flagged. You can't know for sure, unless you get arrested I guess, that they're watching you -- but at any given moment they could be. So while they absolutely have everything they can on everyone imaginable, barring active targets they're not really looking at it. And even if they are, they're not doing a very good job at it given the "on our radar" meme (among many other "how wasn't this caught sooner?" types of cybercrime, including ones that can't be construed as "let it happen" stuff like fincrime).

They had a panopticon 20 years ago. They didn't have the capacity to process or store that much, they could only tap into it. That is what the advancements they made in scalable computing and memory buffering were. Intel's whole "optane" line of products (which was a billion dollar venture with micron that led to the adoption of m2 drives) was integrated into their scalable architecture and allowed them to access terabytes of storage at ram speeds and buffer that to slower storage until storage speed and capacity increased to make buffering unnecessary.

What do you think the purpose of neural networks are? Chat gpt? It's not to write shitty articles, it's to process and compress this much data into a human readable and machine storable form. The plus side, and this is a pretty big plus, is that they they've fully committed to a digital messiah that is quite literally incapable of distinguishing hallucination from reality. This is a weird cope. "It's not impressive that Trump's interview has (as of this writing) 39x more views than Kamala's interview, because Joe Rogan's channel has 18x the subscribers." Yeah, that's the point. Getting an interview on a larger platform is a bigger deal than getting an interview on a smaller platform.

By your logic, if Kamala got 100k views on a podcast with only 10k subs, she would be blowing this Trump interview out of the water. Unfortunately, that's not how these things work. Rogan has a higher weekly audience than Fox, MSNBC, and CNN put together.
