The communists only saw it as useful as far as it could be used to subvert capitalist societies, that's it.

Even the original neo-marxists and cultural marxists quietly admitted that much of what they wanted to push (mass immigration to destroy national identity, normalization of perversions like homosexuality, emptying of churches, greater dependence on government programs, etc) were only forms of accelerationism, purposefully making the west "so corrupt that it stinks."

The only saving grace (in the loosest sense of the term) is that few western communists realize that, they unironically believe that fag/troon acceptance is a genuinely good thing to support when it's not. A timeline with citations would be an amazing tool for this. From the first use of "gender" to the snotty "they're different" definitions, to the euphemistic lay use ("gender reveal") at the same time official forms quietly replaced one with another. And now it was never sex, always gender.

n.b. I am far too lazy and non-academic to make this timeline, but I bet there would be a lot of usual suspects whose words 10-20 years ago could be used against them.

I recently read an article about something feminist that happened in the 1990s that had a footnote stating "The term 'women' is used in its historical sense in this essay, since that was the common parlance of the moment."
