They don't want designs that could be threatening. Everything has to look soft. Even the dialogue system is closer to ME:Andromeda (one answer, different tones).

It's fun watching Wrex argue to save the Council and Kaidan say "What have those things ever done for us? Fuck ayys". Too bad that opinion didn't carry over and we had a based Kaidan who was OK with shooting Mordin if it meant we could wipe out the Krogan too.
