Nick used to stream at that hour when we knew for certain there were kids in the house. I don't think you can draw any concrete conclusions from when he streams.

Most kids can get themselves something to eat by the time they're school aged and I guess them knowing how to use a microwave can be counted as them being able to "cook for themselves", but most parents will continue to organise most of their kids meals while they're living at home so they know their kids are eating a balanced diet. Maybe they buy a heap of frozen or pre-prepared meals that their kids only have to heat, but with a $3000 a month snack budget, I doubt it.

No, because I think he was always who we see now, just better at hiding it from public view. Drex made comments in the early days that suggested the "real" Nick was very different from the public persona and that he wasn't the "good boy" people thought he was. It made perfect sense because someone with Nick's supposed values wouldn't have had someone like Drex hanging around.

A normal person would turn on location services and contact emergency services. Even cheap cell phones will send your co-ordinates and a photo of your location to whoever you contact if you activate the built-in emergency app. This is just an obvious ploy to get Nick's attention. And is she hanging around the woods near Nick's despite supposedly no longer being there? Sounds a bit stalkerish to me.

Oh God. Nothing is coming up on Google (the first page at least), but he's fucked if/when that happen. If it were a restaurant or some sort of event center, it's plausible that no one would Google it. Unfortunately, that isn't the case for a house. He needs to price to sell immediately because the moment his shenanigans are associated with the address, that's another 10+ percent in value lost.

I'm really curious how much his ego is intermingled with the sell of that house. The approach of chopping off 5%-ish percent every few months while it sits there for years and he (more likely, the trust) pays for maintenance and property taxes throughout the duration is retarded, but it means the alogs don't win in his mind.

Obv, he doesn't need the money, but ripping the bandaid off would mean one less activity he has on his plate. And we all know how many activities he has to deal with.
