I'm really curious how much his ego is intermingled with the sell of that house. The approach of chopping off 5%-ish percent every few months while it sits there for years and he (more likely, the trust) pays for maintenance and property taxes throughout the duration is retarded, but it means the alogs don't win in his mind.

Obv, he doesn't need the money, but ripping the bandaid off would mean one less activity he has on his plate. And we all know how many activities he has to deal with.

I could see a dog owner misspelling their dog's name by omitting letters, but adding an extraneous "u" seems like a move by a creative writing degree major with a drug-fried brain. Gordy is obviously short for Gordon, not a cutesy way of referring to your dog as a fucking gourd.

Now, why he's doing this and how he gained control of these accounts is the real question. Also, has anyone independently verified a sing of life from April? Last we seem to have was that watch photo which was from a day before this all started playing out. Did she flee the coop and leave her phone behind, which Nick has unlocked and started using?
