The reason he genuinely doesn't give a shit isn't outright malicious but because he's genuinely retarded, and cannot see wrong in his actions from a desensitized and "innocent" point of view, which he has proven time and time again during the whole thread. If anyone had any malicious intent, it'd be his retarded a-logs who kept coming out of the woodwork to try and dox him over and over, yet ended up getting their own threads.

We've still yet to see if he's a menace to society, given that a lot of the "Proof" that he is either has absolutely no merit to back it up (such as one being some retarded chat logs without evidence) or it's just gayops that we end up pointing out and some which got threads about.
