Excuse my laziness as I don't want to screenshot this dudes entire post history, but he's the epitome of a personality disorder: no identity, clinging onto those around him for traits.
The tldr is that he's a possibly closeted gay man with no bottom dysphoria, no issues with his male self but wants to transition semi medically without socially transitioning. Basically he wants to eternally be a cute twink (specifically states he doesn't want to look like his aging average dad), but only wants to do it if it'll make him pretty. He says he's only 5'5 but 120lbs, pretty light for a dude.
His one and only friend ended up trooning out, and they had a brief relationship. That's when trannyism entered his head. It seems as if his relationship with this friend relied a lot on tabletop RPGs, in which he laments that he will never have another friend like the troon who he's spent 1000s of hours creating a fictional world with.
He admits to trying to create a whole new voice for himself but blames peoples annoyance on homophobia, not the fact that he's forcing some unnatural annoying ass way of speech.
He alternates between posting in r/gaybros and /asktrangender.
Apparently has been cleared for autism but just recently started wellbutrin because he thinks he "might be" depressed, and says he can't feel much love or desire for friendships or love - not even from his own parents, who he says were decent parents.

That is a top find. It is pretty refreshing to see some of the LGB rise up, or at least bitch back. The ones who don’t are the real mysteries to me. Like, I get why women are handmaidens: fear, status-seeking, or they don’t think this will ever affect their lives, for example. Or they do and they are professional advocates who need a new cause, I suppose.

A second marriage and second family making situation too. It's been a few years and the kid is outta college and working and living away from home now. Somewhere around 23 years old. Has a GF.
