Tattoos [12/12/16] Phil Posts a Tattoo Retrospective - A Chronicle of Regrets

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
He should shave the sides of his head and show off his tranny axe tattoos he has on the sides of his head. Granted he has probably forgotten about them because out of sight out of mind.

He's still shaving the sides. The top is just getting shaggy so it covers them up a bit. He was bitching about needing money to get his hair done professionally back in October but I think he's forgotten that now that he's spending all his money on accessories for his daughter bike.

I'd almost forgotten about these. Did he grow his thinning locks out cause even he realised that those tattoos look fucking stupid?
I think he must have some sort of shame defence mechanism. Where most of us would feel shame, his brain automatically comes up with two new oppression points and someone to blame.
Maybe it hasn't really dawned on Phil just how permanent tattoos are.
My theory is that it's permanence that he doesn't understand - that maybe whatever idea flitted through his brain this week won't be so important in a decade's time. Like the overgrown teenager he is, he just can't envision the long-term future. The autism probably doesn't help in this regard.

I don't know, maybe he won't ever regret it. Maybe when he's a lonely 60-year-old homeless derelict, babbling to himself, pushing a shopping cart full of childish scribbles and sex toys, he'll look down at his tattoos relating to some fleeting issue when he was 29 and think, so cool!

Doesn't Phil wear a helmet in public every day?

That mullet won't be lasting much longer before it starts thinning.

Seriously what is it with autistic "people" and buttplay?
I was going to come up with an elaborate theory about stunted mental development clashing with adult sexuality and seeking unconventional thrills to compensate for dysfunctional sexuality, but I think the real reason is that neurotypical people who are into butt stuff tend to know that you don't just post your fetishes all over the Internet with your real name and photo attached.

I would agree with 100% with your neurotypical observation.

You are on to something with the developmental theory. One of Freud's psychosexual stages is the anal stage and this tends to be right around toiler training age. Basically, being in control of your bowls and bladder is one of the earliest forms of control humans have and some other related features to the stage. Freud said if a child doesn't successfully pass this stage, they tend to either become anal retentive or anal expuslive.
I don't think it's necessary looking for unconventional thrills, but I do think there is a clash between sexuality and bodily function aside from 'anal stimulation feels good'.

Freud was a pervert.

All talk about Siggy aside, I think Phil's fetishes absolutely are about being "unconventional." Phil doesn't understand sexuality, and he's stuck in an edgy teenager phase. He thinks that talking about BDS&M and sex work makes him shocking and edgy to us normal people, just like covering himself in childish scrawls, pretending to be homeless Latina or claiming to be a communist. Its just another way for him to play at being a special little snowflake. I wonder if he realizes how vanilla most of his fetishes really are.

Yeah, I think there's a strong element of overcompensation. He knows that cool badasses have lots of sex, but he has no interest in it and really is not attractive, so he has to come up with something to one-up the people with a healthy sexuality.

I always wonder what Phil's endgame is, so to speak. His entire life just seems to be a parade of one bad choice after another, with him trying to collect as many marginalized identities as he can to impress... other weirdos on the internet? I know, I know... atismu and all, but I can't help but wonder what he might have been if he hadn't gotten into the whole identity politics bullshit.

His tattoos kind of tie in with that. They're all either horrible, childish doodles, or random political shit that won't be remembered 5-10 years from now, or sudden interests like his bicycles or maps of South America. They're all so random and impulsive; it's like he couldn't wait a few months to think them over, he had to get them now, now, NOW to convey whatever message or persona he thought he'd present to the world that day.

I mean, if he had ever actually ridden a bicycle, getting a single bike related tattoo would be one thing. But getting tattoos of random bike paraphernalia just to fill up space is insane. When all this trans crap is no longer popular or trendy, will Phil regret it or will he even remember why he got those tattoos in the first place?

He seems to have pretty shitty memory for events in his life. I don't know if that's a specific memory problem or just goes along with being really dumb.

He reminds me very much of those rebellious teenagers who can't envision a future where they won't be the coolest, most badass dudes in town and think the whole world is in awe of their awesomeness. And the adults are all thinking, "stupid assholes."

I doubt Phil will ever actually regret the tattoos, because he has this internal psychological mechanism that says, "It is not my fault." In fact, I think he may already have a not-my-fault in place - I recall during one of his spates of e-begging, he claimed that body modification is an addiction for him due to [SJW bullshit, unbelievable agony of his life]. That is, if he remembers that particular lie.

I kind of think that Phil may not be capable of looking forward. Not that he can but chooses not to, I actually think his brain might be incapable of considering anything past a month from now.

Well, if the autism manifests in an inability to think in abstracts, that may well make it difficult to think in the long term. However, his inability to budget for food is, I think, pure spoilt brat - until the donations dry up for good, he'll never learn.
