Doesn't matter really because Roberts and Barrett can cuck if they want to "it doesn't involve federal law" (even though it does, the constitution guarantees a republican form of government and this ruling denies that to the citizens of Nevada re: their election laws. A republican form of government is the legislature and governor, not the state courts, making law) but the appeal should be filed at the Supreme Court today. There's no legal justification for this ruling under state law. It's the state supreme court plain making up law that contradicts the entirely constitutional (per both the state and federal constitutions the rules are 100% fine) law passed by the legislature and signed by the governor

No, it would have to be appealed to the applicable federal circuit (the Ninth). Also, there is no way SCOTUS touches this with eight days to go. There isn't enough time.
