Addendum:
My thesis that EA wants to axe NuBioWare even makes more sense when one considers, that EA almost did everything it can to make this the least controversial release since years.
No DRM, Steam day one release, Steam Deck verified, no performance issues and no microtransactions.

If EA isn't even trying to microtransaction it, it is just over.

How can you adore Owlcat's autismo simulators and then prefer Inquisition/Veilguard to Origins.
Being spineless as an invertebrete, being a fucking dimwitted autist or just biased. Either way, to the trash his opinion goes. I know people better suited for Pathfinder reviews anyway :smug:

In his defense I guess you could say you can appreciate a complex game as well as simply designed one, as long their rules are well designed. But again I do not think he can do it proper.

New narrative just dropped

These journalistic reviews are totes legit you guys I tell you.

Mortismal got his review out as well:
For RPGs and Tactical games I quite trust his reviews.
That said he of course got a review code way ahead.
So a bit salty grain on his opinion.
Mortismal doesn't particularly strikes me as a shill, but that Nigger likes EVERYTHING. I can't remember a single negative review by him.

imagine playing dragon age after the shitty second one. Holy shit, gamers are retarded.
Gamers, as in people who compulsively buy AAA slop or put money into mobile games and gacha are the very definition of nigger cattle. No other consumer base actively contributes to fucking themselves as badly as they do. It's not even all about DEI shit either.

Games today cost more than they ever have. And they oftentimes have less content and worse features/gameplay than ones that came out a console generation or two.

28 minutes or so into Matty's review and I see the Scout Harding romance I hoped for ever since Inquisition and it is just ... horrifying.

I've gone from thinking this game is going to flop to actively rooting for it to flop and for EA to shoot BioWare for a yellow dog.

Also, Rook is so obnoxious in literally every clip I've seen of him that I don't know how you can withstand playing as him for 50+ hours.

You'd think that in a magic world capable of respec-ing your character or changing your appearance with magic, you'd automatically pass as whatever you want. That would even be more "validating" to the troons. What even is the point in-game of acknowledging that your character changed gender/transitioned? Some NPC saying, "Oh my gosh, you are sooooo valid!"? It's the most pointless addition of a mechanic to a game I have ever seen right after the Dark Souls 2 gender change coffin.

(This must have been a few lines of code and was probably done due to the limitation of not being able to change your appearance in-game.)
Just let the player change their gender in the "modify appearance" menu and switch the pronouns with a script. Using resources and writting transitioning into the plot/script looks like a blatant move to gain DEI money from Blackrock.
