I read through the entire Telegram channel and the Telegram chat and saw some screenshots from the 'Lulz' Discord server and found nothing that indicates that they are actually a part of the group or engage in those activites.

The Telegram channel came off as completely satirical to me, even making mocking edits of 764 members and the group as a whole.

However the section on the OP with information on those individuals and 'Lulzworthy' contradicts that.

It's one of the reasons that I could think of on top of my head. But a prominent one at that.

There are so many more factors like wanting to fit with the "edgelord" crowd (that being the extortion groups and such), not having a place to be, absent father (judging from the Facebook, and how there doesn't seem to be her father, only her mother which could lead to this), rough upbringing considering that she was raised by a single mother from what it seems, it's likely that she didn't particularly have a good childhood with the lack of a father in her life.

There could be so much more, but this post is getting long enough. But here's my word,
People like this especially teenagers usually have a very rough upbringing, in a normal world, they could move on from this and never repeat this cycle, but when you have bad influencers in your life who are like you and you don't really have anybody else (from her case, a father) to tell you that they're bad in a young age, you are guranteed to do fucked up shit which is the case for many of these zoomers here.

These people have inadequacies within their own lives, so they spend a vast majority of their time on the computer, which leads them to places like 4chan, they eventually spread out into other places like Discord or Telegram. Throughout this time they've already been self radicalizing themselves because is gives them a sense of strength and identity that they don't have in their own lives. When they find these 764 types of groups, they're able to truly push their inadequacies upon children, and others in their own group whom they can exploit for a sense of power. It's the reason why they make their victims do "cutsigns", the art of cutting your abuser's name into your skin.

You can see the same sort of pipeline in incels who become Nazis or Jihadist and constantly drone on about how when they take over with this or that ideology, they'll have their own state sanctioned girlfriend. The case of NLM alone shows this to be the case. They associate themselves with the Order of Nine Angles, yet they don't care about self development or majick or the 7fw. Rather, they just want to kill 70 year old men and women.

The same thing happens with the abused as well. They're pretty much just the same inadequate kids who instead of wanting to hurt people to have that type of strength, want to be loved or have friends online. When these two types of people cross, a cycle of abuse is started, but the kids being abused often give more and more information about themselves or after their abuse try to join 764 affiliated groups.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — A Kentucky teenager involved with a white supremacist group and a violent online group has been arrested in connection to a bomb threat made to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in August, according to an arrest affidavit.
On August 16, 18-year-old Curtis Hodge of Louisville, Kentucky, was said to have called PBSO Dispatch at 1:44 p.m. with the bomb threat. Hodge told the dispatcher that he was going to " blow you up," and when asked who he was threatening, he responded, "You, the police."

The call caused the sheriff's office to shut down and evacuate its entire facility, including its dispatch center. Roads between Congress Avenue and Kirk Road were shut down while PBSO investigated.
The sheriff's office reopened the area after a "thorough investigation was concluded," all locations were secure and safe to resume regular operations.

Investigators were able to track down Hodge through the IP address linked to the device that made the bomb threat call.
Louisville law enforcement officials revealed Hodge's known affiliation with violent online group, 764 Group. The group is said to extort minors to post or live-stream explicit content including self-harm and child sexual abuse through the use of threats, manipulation and blackmail.

He was also found to be a part of a white supremacist group; Hodge was said to be kicked out of high school and later a Job Corp program for making Swastikas in a welding class.
West Palm Beach residents who live near the sheriff's office were relieved to hear about the arrest.
"It's mind-blowing and very disheartening," resident Christina Torres said. "I feel a lot safer knowing that the person involved was put away."
Hodge was arrested Oct. 9 on a charge of threatening to discharge a destructive device.
