The Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit does not cover Nevada. The Ninth Circuit covers Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit is the most pozzed Court of Appeals because it covers California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. If it weren't for monetary and institutional interests that want to keep everything west of the Rockies pozzed, they would have split up the Circuit because it's unworkable to be so large. The Fifth Circuit had the same problem in the 70s, and it was split into the Fifth Circuit (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi) and the Eleventh Circuit (Florida, Georgia, Alabama).

IGN deserves to be sued by Tim Sweeney into dust for this, it's insane that they are making this look like it's official Fortnite content. It's just a custom map within the game, but there's an argument to be made here that IGN is depicting this as something that Epic Games is officially behind. If you watch until the end of the ad, there's the small text at the bottom, but the thumbnails and description really don't shine any light on this.
It might even cause problems for IGN if this was spread over Twitter to parents who aren't going to watch the ad until the end, that could cut into Epic's profits. It's not even like Timmy is particularly cautious with lawsuits with a low chance of success, he sued Apple and Google over their app stores. I'd laugh so fucking hard if he bankrupted IGN for this retarded video.

I have seen some posts about the weird “who you voted for is private but if you voted is not” campaign ads over the last several days. Considering that at least one version of this ad was paid for by a reported Kamala superpac, I think it’s very clear what this is an attempt at.

These ads are intended to put pressure on the (small) voting block that is composed of true moderates or centrists to vote Kamala. Specifically, any moderates that are learning towards voting Trump or not voting at all.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there who will harass their family members and friends about voting and who they voted for. I’m sure this is a “both sides” problem technically but let’s be honest in that we know what side does this the most often. People that don’t want to talk to their psycho relatives about it would normally deflect and say they didn’t vote. However, because this can be seen (and most people aren’t aware voting records are public), they will catch you in a lie. If they ask who they voted for and they say they, “Don’t wanna talk about it,” that will more or less be taken as admitting to an Orange Man vote.

They’re banking on enough moderates being too scared of standing up to their psycho relatives that they preferably vote Kamala or not at all. It’s fear mongering.
