Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

They've been coercing in-writing some women whom already had their ass on contract with the military, and female medical workers have been spoken of as fair game by Ukrainian authorities for at least a year. . But I had never seen proper body snatching like they've done with dudes. This is the first video I've seen of it without it being a wife or mother of some poor guys caught up in the TCC grab van jump.

On one hand I hope things continue to deteriorate to the point where these guys doing the "recruiting" are on the front lines getting vaporized by thermobarics instead of innocent Ukies. On the other hand I know that they'll probably manage to run away to western Europe and not get lynched by the populace or the Russian army before it's over. Sucks.

I'd ask where the men are (to defend/protect their women from being drafted) but then I remembered 1) they're all drafted/kidnapped themselves and/or 2) they're cowards who wouldn't have done anything to stop this kind of thing anyway, or 3) they left the country long ago to avoid having to fight.

It goes without saying if they're pressganging their women, they're desperate as fuck at this point.

The "Refusing to economically integrate" thing in France is literally the Ukranian refugees refusing to get a job and support themselves.

They're being given basically an infinite-duration Work Visa with government assistance for healthcare/utilities/ect. The only requirement is that they get and keep a job.

And they're refusing to do it.

Once it becomes widely known that they're doing this, they're going to have an absolute morale crash internally and lose a lot of support externally.

The media is going to have to work overtime to cover this up "Debunk this misinformation. "

Honestly it's a good question if this is what finally sends moral over the edge. Ukraine truly is a bit of a post boiled frog by this point, with how much the window of normalcy has just slid off the cliff there. I read a lot of news centred around Lviv and Kyiv and they do a really good job of making really fucked things seem like part and parcel. It is just nurses and doctors for now afterall, and the local authorities can always frame them as selling disability to conscription dodgers.

Latest news story from the BBC: Vlad Putin stole my cheese. I kid you not. look bottom right

No mention of how it might make it past the customs posts en route, with all those guards zealously watching out for would be sanctions busters. Do they seriously expect people to believe this shit. Here's the story if you want to read it.
Someone must have realised how ridiculous that headline was, it’s been changed to “Stolen cheese might be sold abroad - supplier”.

Perhaps she caught the eye of a TCC commissar who will then tell her she won't be sent to the front if she does certain "tasks", then he sends her to get ack'ed anyway to cover up his crime.

Remember, this is the Ukraine.

Vedomosti: The Russian National Guard announced an amnesty for weapon owners if they surrender them to the front
Archive
The Russian National Guard announced that gun owners will be exempted from liability for certain administrative offenses if they donate their weapons to a special operation. This was reported on the agency's Telegram channel.

We are talking about an amnesty for administrative offenses in the area of weapons circulation, such as untimely application for registration (re-registration), if they did not entail negative consequences.

You can submit a notification of your desire to voluntarily transfer weapons to the area of a special military operation on the official website of the Russian National Guard.

In August, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law allowing the Russian National Guard to transfer confiscated or voluntarily surrendered civilian weapons to the special operation zone. Amendments to the law on weapons and the National Guard troops were introduced on May 3 by a group of deputies and senators led by Vasily Piskarev and Alexander Khinshtein (both from United Russia). At the end of July, the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption approved the amendments for the second reading, according to which weapons confiscated and surrendered by citizens will be sent to the Russian National Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, etc. They can be used as part of a special operation in Ukraine and to combat drones, the website of the lower house of parliament reported.

What would the conditions be that makes Ukraine effectively surrender and stop fighting against Russia?
Hard to say. The law-enshrined ban on negotiating with Putin is still in place and Zelensky's cabinet are still saying their goal is to restore the 1991 borders including Crimea, although they do acknowledge that returning to 2022 borders will be a good start. Make of that what you will.

Depends on your timeframe.

In the next six months? Miltary collapse is pretty much it imo.

That'll only be precipitated by one of two things, massive escalation by Russia (unlikely), or massive pullback in support by the West, particularly USA (becoming more likely but not counting on it)

Course there's always a black swan. Palace coup would be my preferred option there. Only problem is that the faction most likely to execute Zman and take over are the most hardline faction so...

It'll be over eventually anyway. Another year or two of the grind and Russia will have everything they want. They might even prefer a perma paper-stalemate border war since that would effectively veto Ukraine joining the EU or NATO

This seems depressingly realistic. Even if Ukraine surrenders Russia can refuse to accept their surrender, perpetually blocking Ukraine from joining Nato.

If you think about it Zelensky is the Bossmanjack of dictators. I'm only partially joking when I say that if you look at all the dumb military decisions he makes through the eyes of a gambling addict it makes a lot more sense

*battle of Kiev starts*
"No, oh my God"
*Russians draw back from Queef*
YES GUYS! YES!
*Retakes Kherson and Kharkov*
OH DUDE I JUST FUCKING WON
*Russians take Bakhmut*
C'mon man
*Russians defeat the counteroffensyiv*
This cannot be happening, fuck my life
*Gets fancy new wunderwaffe*
YEAH! LET'S GO!!!
*Russians take Avdiivka and melt the lines behind it*
Oh my God, that's crazy
*Launches Kursk offensive*
Should I withdraw this? Shut up I'm not losing it dude
*Russians take 2014 line, move to Pokrovsk and turn Kursk into a resource blackhole*
This is so sad man, imma fuck a dude, that's fucked up man

And inevitably some time in the future

*Kiev falls*
FUCK, I JUST LOST IT ALL
:lossmanjack:

Pressed Ukrainians on the frontlines revolting, unironically. It's very consolidated for civilians but they must realize, if the U.S. doesn't stop it's support that this will go on to the last man.
