This thread makes me wonder, does the average tranny supporting wokeoid know what goes into trooning-out? Do they know what sorts of unholy rituals these GRS butchers perform? I feel any even slightly moderate person would be baffled as to why a procedure that rips nerves and skin off your appendages to create a disgusting, oozing flesh-cone has to be permitted and protected. Trans patients have historically had no problem traveling a long distance for surgery, but maybe it is because of supply and demand. Mastectomies are also done often and for real reasons, so there's no guarded mystery to the technique like there is for custom genital disasters, and no shortage of surgeons who are capable and even practiced.

You can go to the same surgeon in your own town who took your cousin's cancerous breasts off, and be back home in your own bed that night; there would have to be some amazing results, or extenuating factors like lax BMI requirements, to outsell that.
