Of course, I merely wished to clarify that there *is* and imperative to proselytise (which Nick denies, BTW) and opportunity for those on the 'wrong path' to be redeemed. 'Reprobates' are more like Nick who has chosen his own path, and seeks to remove all accountability to ease his own descent into hedonistic pursuits. He attempts to cloak it in false modesty ('I am a bad Christian'), but that is a ruse to lower expectations of himself while currying favour by implying he will not judge you for your actions--so don't judge him for his.

Yes, this is the best summary you could give on Nick's standing in his faith (or lack thereof). Also in this you highlight Nick's narcissism as well. Not taking the full responsibility of being confronted about his unrepentive nature, by claiming "I'm a bad Christian", still implying that he "follows" God instead of admitting that through his actions; he, his vices, and hedonism is his god.

Nick follows a hedonistic god of his own making, very much like Melinda Scott - another lolcow involved in lolsuits.
It reminds me of another parallel between those two. Back in the good times Nick was reading and making fun of her court filings. At one point Melinda claimed something like "I'm not bothered by being called Smelly Melly on Kiwi Farms" and Nick acutely noticed that it obviously bothers her if she brings it up. It's just like Nick "not being bothered" by people calling him nerd and saying that he was felted.

His brag-slash-grievance about people making six figures cause of him is odd. Doesn't the average lawyer make more than the average streamer? Is a six-figure job really that hard to come across if you're a practicing lawyer? I thought the money was what got a lot of people into law.
